My Secret Cream Cheese Bread Recipe 💯 Tastes like Cake I want to eat everyday

My Secret Cheese Bread Soft and fluffy like cake
Dough ingredients

Less than 1/4tsp Salt
2g 盐
Sugar 1/4cups

Instant yeast 1tsp

Milk 1/2cup

Egg 1pc

Unsalted Butter 3tbsp
35g 无盐黄油

Room temperature
3/4cup Cream Cheese

2tbsp sugar
糖 30g
1/2tsp Lemon zest
柠檬皮屑 2g
1tsp Lemon juice
10g 柠檬汁
70% of egg wash

    可以用面包机,不过一般手揉的配方面团要比机揉的稀,使用面包机揉面请减少15g牛奶液体,或者加面粉10g

    Not sure if the sprinkle on top is ground Almond instead of parmesan cheese, as the creamcheese filling is sweet, not savoury...

    按照您说的方法做了奶油芝士馅料,非常的不成功,没有像您做出的那样,我的奶油会从切开的面里流出来,根本没有办法再编麻花了。不知为什么。我想是柠檬汁和蛋液把奶油芝士搞稀掉了。

    谢谢你的信息,我没有遇到这样的问题! 奶油奶酪室温温度高就会融化,如果很稀可以通过冷藏以后再做,柠檬汁适量减量,谢谢你!
