KOREAN CREAM CHEESE GARLIC BREAD

I’m not Korean & never been to Korea, but i really wanted to try to make this bread & glad it came out so good & delicious🥰
✔️Dough
1 cup warm milk (fresh or evap) [240 ml]
2 tbsp sugar [25 grams]
1 whole egg
2 tsp instant yeast
3 cups bread flour [384 grams]
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter/margarine [30 grams]
✔️Cream Cheese Filling
225 grams cream cheese
2 tbsp sugar [25 grams]
1/4 cup heavy cream or all purpose cream [60 ml]
✔️Garlic Butter Sauce
1 whole egg
1 tbsp sugar [12 grams]
1/8 cup condensed milk [2 tbsp or 30 ml]
1/2 cup melted butter [120 ml / 120 grams]
2 tbsp minced garlic [20 grams]
2 tbsp parsely [3 grams]
1st Baking : 20-25 mins @ 170C / 336F
2nd Baking: 10-15 mins @ 180C / 356F
✳️Please check actual bread texture when baking coz baking time & temperature may vary with oven specs

2 차 베이킹 : 180C / 356F에서 10-15 분

    hi, use all purpose flour but reduce at least 1/4 cup☺️coz bread flour is more absorbent than apf.👌

    hi thanks🥰you can use maida, but will be a bit different in dough consistency. just feel free to add up flour if dough mixture becomes too wet or add up liquid if it becomes too dry👍we do not need to be very strict in the measurement, what matters most is to achieve the right consistency of the dough(not too wet, not too dry)👍😊

    based on my own experience, using ap flour make the bread stiff. Not as soft as using bread flour

    celery has a strong flavor than parsely so the taste would might be far from parsely. i would recommend dried oregano😊

    Hai, I want to help answering. I think you could also use all purpose flour too (same measurement with the recipe), you just need more adjustment to the water/milk/butter.Because bread flour tends to adsorb moisture really well so it gives you more fluffly texture on bread and easy to handle.

    Much better po ba na irest ung bread overnight bago lagyan ng cream cheese and isoak sa garlic butter sauce.. Sana mapansin.. Tenchhhuuu

    hi, not necessary po na irest overnight, but if you prefer it pwede naman po, you can store the bread first then add the creamcheese later on☺️
