Cheese Garlic Bread Recipe/ No need to knead
-cheese bread
160ml Milk
4g(1TBSP) Instant dry yeast
30g (3TBSP)Sugar
200g( 1, 1/2cup) Bread flour(Strong flour)or All purpose flour
4g(1TSP) Salt
25g (2,1/2TBSP) Unsalted butter
Knead until no flour is visible.
Ferment in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour)
divide it into 16
Wait for 10 minutes
160gMozzarella cheese
You can place it in any size or shape you like.
Place in a warm place for about 30 minutes
Milk(can be omitted)
Bake at 180℃ for 12 minutes
_Garlic Sauce
20g (2TBSP)Unsalted butter
7g(1/2TBSP) Minced garlic
15g (1,1/2TBSP) Sugar
If you don't like sweets, please add no sugar or just a little bit
1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
1/4 Tsp Salt
40g Mozzarella cheese
-Bake at 180℃ for 10 minutes

Can you share how you made it. I'm not sure why my dough looks to wet. Does the milk need to be warm? Do we soften the butter but wait until it's not hot?

160 мл молока 4 г сухих дрожжей 30 г сахара перемешать 200 г муки 4 г соли 25 г растопленного сливочного масла. Перемешать, оставить для подъёма на 1 час. Разделить на 16 частей, сформовать шарики, оставить на 10 минут. 160 г моцареллы натереть на крупной тёрке. Каждый шарик раскатать, положить 1 ст. л. сыра, защипать, сформовать шарики. Выложить на пергамент, оставить для расстойки на 30 минут. Смазать молоком. Выпекать при 180° 12 минут. 20 г размягченного сливочного масла, 7 г измельченного чеснока, 15 г сахара, 1/2 столовой ложки сушёной петрушки, 1/4 ч. л. соли. Всё перетереть, смазать булочки, посыпать остатками сыра. Допекать 10 минут при 180°.
