Pls ek explain video after delivery hone wali diastasis recti k bare me bhi bnay, diastasis recti me kon kon se aasan, din me kitni bar ker sakte hai or kitne time me effects ane lagta hai. I'm sure mere sath ye video bohot sari ladies k liye helpful hone wali hai jo after delivery apni loose tummy or belly fat se pareshan hai or fir se apni shape me nahi aa pa rahi hai.🙏
