In today’s episode, we have Dr. Ali Irani in conversation with Raj Shamani. He is the first physiotherapist of our Indian cricket team. He is HOD & Principal of Physiotherapy at Nanavati Max and NMIMS. He is also the chairperson of International Affairs and IAP. Additionally, he is a Guinness Book Record Holder.
In this episode, we talked about why we should never keep artificial plants in our homes, why human life expectancy has decreased, the real reason behind jet lag, and how we can deal with it. We then talked about how chargers near us harm our bodies, the benefits of walking barefoot, and how our lives change after waking up early before sunrise, walking barefoot on the ground, and sleeping before 11. We also discussed how training cricketers happen, the common injuries they go through, and how we can treat day-to-day injuries better.
Towards the end, we talked about which type of breathing is better, which type of exercise is the best for our body, whether sex or masturbation affects an athlete's performance, and why he says that tap water is the best form of water for our body. We then talked about neck exercises, the best sleeping position, and exercises for office people. We ended our conversation by talking about how much he used to earn as a sports physiotherapist, and what brain mapping is.

very good point mentioned => Earthing: but one should not rely on home electricity setup earthing source blindly, anything could go wrong, one should take dedicated wire for body earthing, which directly connected to ground, 4-5 feet deep. also make sure that earthing source is not exposed to open air so that during thunder storm unpleasant situation could be avoided.

De clutter your surrounding and prepare for tomorrow like cloths , a bottle of water. .most importantly detach yourself from people, phone...and sit down with your thoughts you can also write it down to a paper, and lastly do some prayer or meditation that ease out that tension, overthinking, worry, stress from your head Hope this things can help you to less your burder 😊

Nice podcast. just to clarify, our head should not be in North direction and this is because of the earth's magnetic field. our blood contains iron and if our head is in north direction then there will be higher blood flow towards head. will give you headache and also cause brain haemorrhage as well.

I am telling you just DROP YOUR PHD and please don't waste your time😂😂...what a bullshit example he did and video and you are comparing it with evidence bssed fact? Yes bro you said about cell is absolutely fact. But what he is saying is video is like saying "don't take oxygen from environment because there is nitrogen in air also" 😂😂....our body skin is capable for holding a voltage from millivolt to some 12-40 volts also, and current from milliamp to little more. And he is just showing voltage difference in multimeter but not current 😂, the current would be in micro-milli ampire, which is like nothing for us. Even our brain neurons, heart muscle, and skeleton muscle generate more voltage and current ,compare to what he is showing in video. Now answer to you :- yes cell have membrane and channels, and those channels if are voltage gated then will open if only certain voltage threshold is achieved , but bro it not normal electric voltage, it is ionic voltage which generated by imbalance in ions in ECF and ICF, and the voltage we are applying to our body and day to day life is not specific to single cell rather distributed through trillions of cells , so effect together becomes almost 0 or negligible. It is the reason why you can hold 1.5 Volt remote bettery, you can also touched 5 v phone charger, or even 12 to 50 volts. (Just be aware of current , because current here is main culprit....) So just stop believing in this guy bullshit and so research properly. Best wishes for you "cell biology" 🎉

@@HumanistLogic yup abhi mere pass youtube channel ya fir koi platform nahi hai ...warna video ki 90% false chizzoo DEBUNK kar deta with EVIDENCE 🧾. And isko khud 6th class ki science nahi pata.... voltage ko "RADIATION" bol raha hai 😂. You must call it an "INDUCED CURRENT due to EMF". And it is a fact that "flow of electrons creates current which induces the magnetic field which I turn inside the electronic field (that is what is called as "Electro Magnetic Field). And if there is a conducting surface nearby EM waves can induce some flow of current in there ( in video , it is of RAJ hand or Multimeter wire, not sure because phone charging cable is held near MULTIMETER nor near RAJ hand). But these currents are very small within microamps , which can't even damage your cell even 0.0001%. and in day to day life lots of Static Electricity accumulate on the surface of our skin whose voltage and current can be higher but still not at that level which can damage our tissues and cells (Experimentally and scientifically proven ). AC voltage around 30-40 volts or DC of 50 Volts with Current of 20-30 milliamp can be lethal and can cause tissue and cell damage. And more then 50 volts can damage the heart and brain (if current is higher, otherwise don't impact) the reason is current needs to be significantly higher is "our skin acts as high resistance to flow of current, so normal current will not even be able to flow properly thus no damage" .....AND THIS SO CALLED DUMB MAN IN VIDEO TRYING TO SPREAD MISINFORMATION MY SAYING THAT SOME 200-400 MILLIVOLT COULD BE "UNHEALTHY " 😂😂😂 BUT HEIGHT DON'T KNOW THAT, IF YOU WOULD HAVE TRUE KNOWLEDGE OF HEALTH THEN YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN "BALD" AND "OBESE".!!!!

As advised by Sadhguru, body can reorganise itself if in touch with earth daily for atleast for 30 minutes. 44:35 Spine correction posture.
