आपने बहूत अच्छा योगासन बताया मेरे को भी शूगर है और इन्न सूलीन एक टाइम लेती मै पांच साल योगा करने जाती थी मेरे घूटने दर्द के बजे मै नही जरही हूं क्यो की मै जाती थी योगा केलीए ओ जागा उपर सेडी चडके तीसरे मंजील पर जाना इसीलीए मै नही जा पारही हूं बाकी वाकींग दो टाइम करती हूं मेरा एज 56 है ।मै खाने में मीटा नही खाती मै कर्नाटक बेंगलूर में हूं मैने आज आपका योगासन देखा तो मेरे को बहूत अच्छा लगा तो मै हर दीन करने का सौचरही हूं तो आपका हरदीन सूभे कब और कीतने बजे आता है बता दो मै आपना मोबाइल से अपना टीवी में डालके करलूंगी और मेरा गर्दन का दर्द भी रहता है कभी कमर में दर्द होता है अभी बीच में आठ नौ महीने से योगा नही गई हूं बस मेडम आप बतादो आपका हर दीन कंटीनूज आता है तो मै आपका देखके मै अपना घर में ही करती हूं थ्थांकू मेडम😊🎉

Yes but only If your blood pressure is under control with regular exercise and medicine .
