எளிமையான முறை எனக்குப் பட்டது, ஆனா இதுவும் முன்னோர்கள் சொன்னதுதான். பசிக்கு உணவு(பாரம்பரிய உணவு )அதுவும் அரை வயிறுதான். பிறகு கால் வயறு தண்ணீர் மற்றும் கால் வயிறு காலி. முடிந்தவரைக்கும் உணவுடன் நாட்டுக் கறிகாய்கள். பிறகு (மதியத்துக்கும் இரவுக்கும் ) இடையில் நாட்டுப் பழங்கள். இரவு உணவு அதிகபட்சம் இரவு 8 மணிக்குள். நேரம் தப்பி விட்டால் ஒரு டம்ளர் நாட்டுப் பசும்பால் மட்டும் போதும். இத்துடன் கண்டிப்பாக குறைந்தது 45 நிமிடம் இடைவிடாத நடைப்பயிற்சி. இது இரண்டு வேளையிலும் முடிந்தால் அருமை. இது போதும்.

Fitness definition is excellent.You are speaking from your own experience.No weight loss only fitness great.If you take care of your fitness automatically weight loss will occur. 80%diet 20% exercise.Excellent interview. No food after 6 pm.
