Simple logic: Just plan for 50 dosas .. for one night Why 100 then if not sold putting those cost on entire customers😂😂😂😂 Also tell no to customer for dishes that are not there. Why keeping all options until 12am. There were days.. some hotel will tell rava idly is between 6 to 8pm. It will be sold for sure.🎉 This is proper business and cost effective to customer

When you eat idli or Dosa in restaurants like a2B, you are paying for their investment, paying for their rent (the land owner gets rent from customer who eats). When you invest 4 crore in FD, simply sitting you can earn 2.5 lakhs per month. Why would anyone will invest 4 crore in a restaurant without taking atleast 5 lakhs per month. Real estate decides the price. Eating same idli in kumbakonam and Chennai t nagar will have a cost difference of atleast 30%, which is purely due to real estate.

I am into catering for the past 3 generations. Manufacturing Cost of idli is only Rs.5 and Rs.10 for plain Dosai including tiffin sambar and 2 chatnis. Let them say their overheads are more but not bluff manufacturing Cost is more. Dear customers, you may earn more but please see if their prices are value for money. Please encourage small canteens. You will save money also you will support needy people for their livelihood. All the very best

After visiting the restaurants, there is no point in arguing the price is high, today you can check Google for the reviews and menu price, so one can do that before visiting the shop.

One best option to earn profit in hotel business is centralised kitchen and ready to serve pre made food!
