Спорт

Here is a live jump technique session from The Dunk Camp. Specifically this is the second session where we covered the approach (the first session went over the penultimate step).

Key points - off court: sleep/rest enough, nutrition, knee ISOs - we want to: 1. Get low, get fast, and minimize number of steps to be efficient - we need to force ourselves to jump farther from hoop (this will make us more aggressive with the penultimate) - tons of reps - hack: use opposite leg than your normal to get reps and learn technique and rest your normally used side 0. Record yourself 1. Start with 3 steps 2. Count your steps to help with the process and rhthym 3. Remember: relax, start slow, get low, penultimate fast and jump up. 3. Watch your own video to adjust to the correct spacing, rhythm and jump trajectory 4. Add 1 step and repeat (upto 5 steps)

HI Isaiah, great advice, I will give you a humble advice to truly become a better presenter in your workshops, try not moving to much when you talk and give theorical tips, that will avoid people to get distracted. Blessings, and keep going strong!

Why is there a weird (from my pov) dude with sandals on and with no socks? Shit is incomprehensible to me. Unless I was dragged to a gym straight from a beach or some shit, in no way would I appear in a gym with that attire.
