Isiah can you make a video on how to manipulate the ball better when you dunk, especially when you have small hands
For someone who is in season and the priority is to jump higher. Would you say skip out on the sprints and focus solely on jumping (dunk sessions)?
What's the role of hamstring and how to use it?
How about sprinting uphill topic? How often to do it?
W thumbnail.
I love sprinting
What's Your opinion on doing dumbbell squat jumps for increasing your vertical if you don't have a barbell?
@yourmother5810

Not much difference, except you probably can't use as much weight with the dumbbell. Still a great alternative.
If you sign up for thp, do you guys train for anything. For instance, would you specialize a program for basketball twitchiness (first step, change of direction, and ability to get off the floor quickly and effortlessly), or do you do only jumping as high as possible?

Hey guys, how important is the ankle mobility for jumping?
@misohappy7390

More important if you’re a shorter athlete.

There is no need to talk that much, get straight to the point of the video. Not hating just giving some opinion as a viewer . For example, no one cares or knows the random names John is naming initially… get to the point.
