Also for the soldiers to realize they were following a bad person who killed innocent people for personal gain. Boogie on the other hand puts a nail over his hand, presents it to a group of hammer wielding people then seems suprised when they hit the nail. His motives are all selfish. Boogie tries to control the narrative & frame each misstep as him being victimized. Where as others look at Jesus & can tell he was a victim. Boogie plays the victim when Jesus was a victim. Boogie has more in common with Pontius Pilate than Jesus.

They want to vent about their problems instead of dealing with them directly, just use them as an outlet for them to get a conversation going, and when people point that out, they get angry and hysterical and will toss out as many red herrings and ad hominems as humanly possible. Of course, that isn't to say that they're bad people per se, just that they're prone to volatile and toxic behavior. Boogie is, unfortunately, the perfect case study, and so long as people keep giving him attention and keep calling him out, he'll just keep digging himself deeper and deeper into the proverbial hole he's already in.

This, with everything I've learned/now know about him (his radically different demeanor on Twitch/Twitter etc. vs KZread, abusive behavior toward his ex-wife/the camgirl he paid to be his girlfriend etc etc etc.) and his constant stringing-along of his audience while he makes very little effort to actually improve his health/seek therapy I have zero sympathy for him. He makes enough off of eliciting sympathy from his audience to have a comfortable living in his own home, gets sent various things from companies etc. and has a support network of fans and people offering to help him and he somehow never improves? There are people that are really struggling and would welcome all the support he gets, and he just strings his audience along, it's disgusting.

I think a good rule of thumb is that nice people do not look for fame, attention and wealth by doing social commentary on KZread or in General. Their are many content creators that are good people but they started off by filming with a passion and did not care if their channel was a huge success. Honestly at first, I thought this too. As someone with my own mental health issues, I have waves of self destructive behaviour which I've been doing well to control in recent years but it's still there. I honestly thought like myself, Boogie had this but just either hasn't had the support to try to help make it more manageable or just straight up rejected the help because being self destructive feels damn good while you're doing it. It's like a drug and gets very addicting. But I digress, I don't think so anymore. I obviously can't speak for everyone because everyone suffers differently but there comes a point when you just KNOW what you're doing is fucked up, it's wrong and you're hurting people who don't deserve to be hurt by your actions and selfish need for that high. Boogie has 100's of thousands of fans, people who in the past, have helped to try to build him up, help him get better, be by his side and help him fight on but he rejects ALL of them by being like this. If he was truly self destructive while claiming to be the good guy he is, he would see the contradiction and would change something. Either he'd work on his self destructive tendencies along with his other mental health issues (as I and many other have done and are still doing) or he would just cut everyone he cares about harming out of his life so he can continue his downward spiral without hurting anyone. He claims to love his fans so much and they are the reason why he's still alive so anyone would believe they are super important to him and he loves them right? He's done none of these things (to my knowledge) and that's evident by the fact he still plays the holier than thou fence sitter, begging for his fans to stay around and support him while also saying and doing the most stupid, most annoying, most contradictory shit ever. Something isn't adding up because being self destructive doesn't make you an out right prick, it's in the name, SELF destructive. Typically (again I can't speak on behalf of everyone) you wouldn't wanna bring ANYONE into it but Boogie tries to drag EVERYONE into his behaviours, be it his fans, his 'haters', other KZreadrs ect. That's not self destructive, that's being a fucking dickhead. tl:dr :- I don't think he is self destructive, just a dickhead that just needs to stand up and own the fact he's a dickhead. If he owned it, people wouldn't be so pissed off since it's "Ohh it's Boogie again? Just being a dickhead." Then his 'haters' will get bored since it's the norm and he will keep most of his fans because most of them like the dickhead part. Sorry for the rant but Boogie has REALLY pissed me off in the past few months, especially when he blames everything on everyone else or his mental health issues, using that shit as a cop out when it's really damaging to others who have serious mental health issues and are fighting healthily and kicking so much ass with it without being an outright neckbearded scumbag. Gives all of us a harder time because seeing someone as popular as Boogie and as well known for mental health issues acting like this and worse, people will assume that's how most of us act when it's really not. @@unoriginalhazard Normally you want the camera zoomed out further as it gives you a wider field-of-view, making it easier to pay attention to your surroundings and spot enemies. Some regions in certain areas are really big, so it makes sense to give yourself the widest view possible.

I remember subbing to him out of pity after seeing some reddit post about helping him garner support for his channel because he was “such a sweet guy”. completely forgot i was even subbed to him, never watched a single video. then it turns out he’s just some garbage person and then finally unsubbed. regret giving this guy a millisecond of my time

It's weird to see a guy that was seen as neutral and even "lovable" to go through this downward spiral so fast, doing so many bad decisions and showing up his true, bad personality.

Boogie reminds me of Bojack. He always admits when he does something shitty and gets why people “hate” him. But he doesn’t know that the point is that he should improve. So he’ll just continue doing dumb and terrible shit and then just say he did something terrible and hope for forgiveness so he can have a free consciousness when he does his next stunt. Just a fun analysis.

watching this guy was a big part in helping me cope with a really bad time in life years ago. he was a pleasant presence and dealt with a lot of really grave topics with a heartfelt sincerity that I really identified with, especially considering I see a lot of my own life reflected in his story. i don’t know what’s happened to him since. everything he says now has just this sharp undercurrent of anger and meanness, whereas he used to be just so kind and earnest. seeing a big guy with a lot of issues like him being kind on the internet, and attracting a following for it in spite of the inherent cruelty of the internet, was a real sign of hope for me years ago. Now he’s just another cruel, wretched person and it’s so heartbreaking.

Well, the man is a good actor. But his fatal flaw: he slips up.

SushiChicken thats totally understandable, but with the accusations that came up about the minors, Projared did give some hard evidence debunking one of the Charlie’s claims. Now does him sending nudes to his fans and receiving them sound smart, absolutely not. Although he did always state that only 18 year olds and up, can part take in sharing nudes.. now of course there is still going to be a lot of he said she said, but with the accusations about minors, they were all taken down probably due to them knowing that it is illegal to claim something of this magnitude and lie about it. Now do we know if they were lying no, but it seems super sus with the information that was revealed in Projareds video. It’s totally understandable to not care about the situation, but it certainly does bring up the question about, “how trust worthy is the ‘KZread News Source’?” If anything they fed the controversy and I would like to see what they do retouching this subject matter.

I sympathize with Boogie, because I have the same problems: I have trouble trying to convey something to someone else. I'll say something and mean another thing, but not realize what others may take from it. He just needs to learn when to bite the bullet. He made some mistakes but now its spiraling. And he wont' recover if he keeps talking. He needs a break from Twitter or the internet in general.
