Thanks for this video! really helped me out :) Only thing that you were wrong about was that Apple has product leadership, that is just not the truth anymore :P (I know its just an opinion, i understand the example.)

wait no... I just understood how I am wrong in the comment above. They still are focusing on product leadership they are simply not the leaders on the market anymore, these are different things right?

Edvared correct. You understood the theory. If you strive Product Leadership, it doesn't mean you are or will be the leader. It's just a great vision. Same goes with any Strategy. Like Cost Leadership or any other.
