Regardless if it’ll be great or bad, M. Night Shyamalan is one of the few major directors in Hollywood that is making original films for a major studio that can secure funding and great actors. And his films always feel like they’re his own creations where it doesn’t feel influenced by a studio. While he’s hit-and-miss (he’s made some awful films and some amazing films), I’m always down to see a new M. Night movie because I truly never know how I’m going to react until the theater lights go down. No two people are going to experience an M. Night movie the same way, and that’s pretty neat!

He’s just an accomplice like that shop keeper from Little Shop Of Horrors who kept feeding the plant people because it needs to.

“World of M Night Shyamalan” makes me think he’ll allow Bruce Willis to have a final role. Willis doesn’t even need to say anything. He can just touch Josh Harnett and that’s all it would take for him to be effective and be the hero of the film. If this doesn’t happen it’s a lost opportunity to honor someone that helped make his career.

If anything else, I like that M. Night takes on original stories that he writes instead of just more sequels/remakes/big franchise or adaptation movies. Execution is all that matters in the end, originality won't count for much if it sucks, but originality is very much needed as a breath of fresh air for moviegoers (not counting indie movies, obviously, but it doesn't feel often we see original big-budget movies).

For real though, Hartnett is one of the absolute best at playing psychopathic murderer roles.. Just an absolute beast & it's been awesome watching his resurgence these last few projects.. Especially that role in Black Mirror alongside Mr. Pinkman himself😂

Marky Mark Wahlberg does it better though. Wish he was cast instead.

@@IWantToPetYourDog ya.. not even close... Maybe back in the day Marky Mark may have strike'd some "Fear" into the audience😂 but he's made way to many family, awesome dad type movies and comedies to star in a decent Patrick Bateman type role anymore 🙄
