perfect alternative to another more advanced non pelvic floor centered workout. will get there one day. still some fear with core engagement so need a bit of hand holding in the interim. Thanks for providing this space

A amazing view beautiful 💕 I had to modify some of the moves where it was moving onto knees, my knees very stiff because my arthritis worked round it wonderful workout thank you Dr Melissa❤️
