I remember Mike being on juice came up one day in the weight room and his friend got so defensive about it 😂 he claims mike is 100% natty. No breaking character with the great Titan

This video meant so much to me as a young lad. I was 6’4 140lb in high school trying to put on size and would constantly watch this to get the form and workouts down for my scrawny arms. But the overall calmness, concentration, & push it has made it a classic to always come back and watch when I was eagerly waiting for results. I’m 24 now and thankfully my size and muscle caught up to my height. I’m sitting at around 194-198lb in the winter and slim down to 185-190lb in the summer. In the best shape of my life and can’t wait to see what my prime years hold. If you’re young and starting out, the best thing you can do is join a gym and get strong. It’ll take a while but each year you’ll look back and be thankful that you got there and did it.

I kept 145 until I turned 28 this year. Then I got serious about the gym and eating 6+ meals a day I'm now 167 last time I checked the scale, looking just as lean as 145. Just about the effort and dedication to eating right and training hard.

Been a natural bodybuilder for 13 years and have great genetics, there’s no way I even come close to getting shredded like Mike unless I start using gear. Doesn’t take away the hard work though he’s put in!

Mike has great genetics there’s no denying that and all he probably uses is low to moderate doses of HGH and Test...maybe a little something extra and that’s all but to claim 100% natty is just wrong!!

@@bp4816 My test levels stabilized at 600 pounds for 1 liter of blood and I have added 5 pounds of muscle, but thats probably the duck eggs I started implementing.
Rich Piana and O'Hearn in front of the mirror is one of the all time classic and funniest things I've ever seen on youtube

Regardless of the natural vs steroids conversation, these guys show what hard work and dedication can achieve. Rich and Mike genuinely liked each other and had great respect for each other. Both guys seem pretty cool to be around too.
