Warning: Foul language, extreme intensity, and heavy-ass weights ahead!
If you've bravely chosen to ignore the warning above, then prepare yourself for an arms growth formula so sinister that it will command your biceps and triceps to grow. In this arms training video, CT Fletcher, the "Superman from Compton" himself, will show you how to carve your arms with blood and sweat into thick slabs of granite.
Fletcher knows what it takes to transform. Rising from the ruthless streets of Compton, he underwent open-heart surgery in 2005, took the following years to recuperate, and has since adopted a no-nonsense, "fuck average" approach to his training. Age is not a factor. He doesn't let a mere number tell him what he can or cannot do. On the contrary, this sidewalk-cracking monster wills iron to bend to him.
One thing's for sure: You won't get arms like CT's by pussyfooting around. His gargantuan arms are the direct result of relentless training and enough cursing to make a sailor blush. Armed Warfare is an exercise in both mental and physical fortitude. Pain is a permanent resident in CT's land of iron. He recognizes that this workout is going to hurt, but rather than let that bother him, he makes pain submit and yells, "Fuck you, pain!"
READY FOR WAR
CT Fletcher's training style involves an eclectic mix of "drill sergeant, preacher, and raving lunatic." From the concrete jungle that is Metroflex Long Beach, he's going to put your biceps and triceps through the wringer with nine excruciating exercises. Find a buddy to work out with because, frankly, you'll need a shoulder to cry on.
Every exercise in this workout is designed to make your muscles shriek as you push them beyond failure and rapidly build agony. You'll earn no planned relief from this anguish. CT laughs at the idea of neatly structured workouts and repetition schemes.
How many reps? "You do it until you can't fuckin' do no more," CT says. With the exception of a couple specific exercises, you will do every exercise to total failure.
And rest? "Fuck being so strict!" shouts CT. Your rest period lasts only as long as it takes your workout partner to finish his set.
Are you ready for Armed Warfare? Follow CT's command and "act like it then!"
Congratulations for making it this far, brave soul! The Armed Warfare grand finale is a gauntlet that will crush what little spirit remains within you. It involves five pairs of dumbbells that incrementally go up in weight.
As you lay down, your partner will start you off with the heaviest dumbbell. Knock out 20 reps of skull-crushers and keep going down the line until you crank out 100 reps total. You can touch the weights to the ground-not to rest the weight, but to make sure they go back far enough.
Before you call it quits, reward yourself with an additional 100 reps in the reverse order: from lightest to heaviest. That's 200 total reps and the completion of one soul-crushing, brutal set.

Just got done doing this, started at 10:40PM ended at 12:30AM Didn't max out on reps until I can't go anymore because that makes you gain strength, whereas using 30%-50% of your maximum power in weights gains more mass/Detail. This is by far the most effective work out I had in the past month, even the warm ups were intense. Great workout for gaining strength/mass, this is by far my favorite routine.

His advice is actually super effective. Do them till you cant do no more, this will induce maximum hypertrophic response. How many sets? Well, as many as it takes, you start with the heavy weight, that you cant do no more than 5-6 reps with. Keep doing sets to failure till that becomes impossible. Move on to lighter and lighter weights, finish with 20 rep max weights, again, till you cant do no more reps on a set. All kinds of muscle fibres are recruited and fatigued. Beautifully done. Come back after you are recovered. Nutrition and sleep will play a big role on how soon you recover. Twice a week seems to be pretty good. 4 days between sessions. I did that with sandbag, a travel bag loaded with *up to* 100 kilo of sand, neutral grip overhead pressing full rom. Started with a 50 kilo bag though. Now I press that 10 reps before failure. I bent over row that for the same amount of reps. Only been 16 months of training. Cant go wrong with this advice. Fully supports the natural laws of natty hypertrophy training.

For the random 10 by 10 on the tri's and bi's, if you do not have someone there to randomly change the weight up, have dice and drop/roll them on the floor. Each dot represents 10lbs structure you max/min amount of weight you are willing to do. Particularly your max, if you can not rep 120lbs, say at list 3-4 times clean.

  • @DexterHaven

This reminds me of Arnold's old 'stripping method' set. He would do one set after warm up - start with 315 lbs bench press, then 225 for reps then 135 for reps. It would be 40 reps or more total but one multi-layered set. This is why Arnold once said he could do one set of one exercise in the gym and get more from his workout than most others who workout for 2 hours, because he would milk the one set for every rep with total flexing and squeezing at various weights to failure, with rest/pause, so he might even get 100 reps, like CT, but totally pump & fatigue the muscle with one intense set and be done. A good thing to keep in mind, how much you can get out of one set if you try!

Wyatt Tilley Not only did Arnold work out for two hours, but he pioneered the "split" routine. He'd go to Gold's in Venice from 9-11 AM, then come back from 3-5 PM. That was 5-6 days a week. Bodybuilding is a full time job.

Dexter Haven If you have watched Drasin you would have heard him say the 2 hr and all day workouts were nonsense. That they never did that. I don't know I wasn't there but what I do know is there is a lot of miss information spread threw out the internet. I have read the Encyclopedia infarct own it and I do not recall this information. Keep in mind that is not an autobiography either! It's just another way for Arnold to make money and he is good at what he does. And just to point out some of your miss information I don't believe Rick Drasin was Arnold's first workout partner.

Dexter Haven Well there is the child Inside you! I have been watching Drasin for years. He has a tendency to to say one thing one day then agree with someone he has on the next day. That TOTALLY contradicts what he just said the day before!!!!!!!!!!!!! The 2 Hour Nonsense WAS A DIRECT QUOTE from Drasin KID! Yeah I am a pretty clueless troll for sure. Only been doing this for 28 years. By the way have you met Arnold? I have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
