+Mason Mccandless I spent a large portion of my time at the British body power expo on the arm wrestling stand, I get there's technique and correct form but even the professionals have massive injuries and a broken humerus is very common. I just couldn't afford to be wrote off for a period of time, I do however respect and watch in admiration at these arm wrestlers, it's fascinating and exciting to watch.

I train for arm wrestling, and arm wrestle frequently, and never feared breaking my arm, though i`ve had quite a few minor injuries, some of which were pretty nagging, but i never broke a bone.
