    when you develop mass and strength in the mid range, it build an ability to resist going outside of that range, tendons have always a tendency to shorten and we build around that. It's like developing the reduced opening of the elbow during king move, you dont train that by training that end range where the elbow is open, you train the end range where it's fully closed, so that it's extremely resistant to becoming open. So with weight training, youre creating a frame that refuse to open, so you can lean on that frame by letting your arm go outside when using side pressure.

    Interesting, I always feel stronger with my hand inside my shoulder, where you say I will be weaker.
