I've got a squat rack with pull up bar on it, power block dumbbells, a few kettlebells, bench, set of resistance bands and a couple of jump ropes in my 3 season porch home gym. As long as it's above 18 degrees F I can workout with my shirt off. But I do have to bring in my barbell and anything I plan on using the next day because the metal is too cold to hold. No heat out there. I might spring the long bread and get a space heater this winter.

99.9 percent of us are NEVER going to look like Juji, though. He's an animal and a physical marvel, but nobody is ever going to achieve that without serious amounts of dr*gs and abuse to their body. That's one of the things I like about Coop: he is clearly in shape and is much stronger than he looks. But anybody can achieve his physical stats without taking it to the extreme. If he does any PEDs (I personally don't think he does), it is probably just a little testosterone, at most.

Coop I know a lot of people comment that you don’t look like you actually lift so not here to pile on but have you thought about giving yourself more rest time and training your main body parts to failure once per week? You should be too sore after a good hypertrophic workout to be able to train that same muscle twice in the same week. I don’t think you’re giving your muscles enough time to recover and grow. If your main goal is purely strength then keep doing what you’re doing. But someone putting as much time and effort as you into weight training could be massive by now.
