    This is the perfect exercise for diabetic patients! I threw my meds two months ago because of too many side effects. I started taking supplements and vitamins, and continued with this exercise, which I started sometime in January. I feel great! My bp and glucose are at the normal range.     I did Level 1 last night. My glucose levels dropped quickly after the workout. This morning my blood glucose was lower than it's been in weeks! Thanks for providing these videos...Wish you had a center in my town...

    I've been doing level 2 for about a week now...I find that doing the routine every other day keeps my fasting numbers in check (in combination with my low carb diet). I'm recommending your videos to everyone I know; especially friends and family with blood sugar issues. Thanks again!

    I have done this now for 9 days straight. I notice a difference when it comes to eating. I always felt I and to eat to avoid a hypo reaction. Now I find I'm actually waiting until I'm hungry. Like I was before being type 2 diabetic. I'll miss it when I go back to work. But I shall keep,up with level,1 and do level 2 on the weekends . When I have more time for myself . I'm proud of myself for keeping up .

    I do this and the abs workout regularly, I am not a diabetic, but slightly overweight. I have lost 8kgs in the past six months, my abs are tighter, and I am more energetic than before. Your explanations in between, help a lot. I am a physician, and I recommend your videos to most of my patients.

    I have been doing level 1 for 3 weeks now. Today I moved on to Level 2. Did most of it but had to drop to marching after 12 mins. But I am ok. Thanks to KZread for not interrupting the rhythm with commercials. 🙏🏼

    i got recently 135 glucose in fasting last week since then i found this workout and copied in daily bases i tested my glucose again after 6 days and it was 108... i am really amazed and felt good... once i do this literally sweat drifting from my whole part the body i am 38 male 85 kg height 5.6 ... really thinking now why i had not been doing this before to maintain my fitness ----you guyz doing a great job the instructor and team.

    I dont have diabetes but i have degenerative discs in back and arthritis in knees. From doing these exercises i have been able to start pulling my shopping cart and walkting to grocery store myself. I have started walking further and not in so much pain as before. Thank you fitscript!

    Started out on chair exercise, after a few times felt the need to move to lvl 1, after several times went to lvl 2 and loving it, make me sweat alot, having borderline diabetes, it's a great exercises! looking forward to more content, and I thank you very much!

    I did level one for 2-3 years. Level 2 is far more challenging. I keep shuffling between level one and two over the week and enjoy both. My objective is to maintain my weight and fitness. Both achieved very easily. Good workout. Hope to see more of your videos and follow them soon. Cheers.

    Thanks for your support... At the moment not on any meds.. Had a blood test glucose levels 51. determined to get into shape.. re test in July so aiming high!! Eye opener to hidden sugars and carbs.. Have also been practising intermittent fasting for 3 weeks too.. Cant believe diabetes could teach me so much about food what not to eat. Mentally I am more alert , focused and sugar cravings have become zero!! I work out with you guys every morning and my mobility has improved greatly.. Fatigue has vanished, more energy and eating healthier.. thank you these videos, are in so many ways, saving my life or shall I say extending my life!

    Wanted to ask that how many hrs of level 2 workout is required to keep sugar level uniform/lower in a week. and secondly can i mix level1 and level 2 together or more effect.

    Hi Tarlochan! Thank you for the questions-ideally working out daily is the goal but 3-5 times per week would allow you to see changes to your blood sugar levels during the week. You can feel free to try any videos you wish and mix them up however you feel comfortable :)

    you can definitely mix workouts together! however it works best for you and whatever you feel comfortable doing is perfectly fine. Also daily workouts are most effective for keeping sugar levels low in the long run!

    I am a 73 year old woman with COPD, I usually do your seated workouts, but today I did this one, kicked my butt, but I did the best I could, where you jogged I had to walk, I can't run, get to out of breath. thank you :)

    Hey, I've been doing level 1 then level 2 for about a year now and it feels great, my goal is to do it 2-3 times per week! Thank you so much this is so beneficial. Sadly my family has type 2 diabetes and it's hereditary but with your help and diet we will continue to live a good life. 🙂

    Yes its a great work out to lower your blood sugar level.. Seriously im doing this workout daily ,finally my blood sugar is controlled.. Even my random blood sugar is controlled.. So guys keep trying this workout,it will definitely helps you a lot..

    Thanks. After two months moved up from level 1 then level two my body is well toned but keeping the same weight. Many don't beloved how good my body looks. Thanks from combining qi gong, boxing and Yoga into the exercise and also understand better that anaerobic helps burn sugar better than just aerobic. Thank you very much. I am continuing.l as I refused to take more medicine for type 2 diabetic.
