I pouted inwardly during the workout at times. But, he was so motivating to me. I became teary eyed towards the end because I was sooo tired and asked myself....why did I do this to myself. Why did I not exhibit self control and manage my weight. I know better. But, I am encouraged to keep going. At least, I am doing something now. Thank you very much for making this video for us pre diabetes individuals.

Great explanation and makes perfect sense! I tried different times of exercising and when I do it as soon as I wake up and drink about 2 glasses of water with a bit of apple cider vinegar. I don't need to eat prior and have energy to go through a vigorous cardio. Throughout my morning workout I drink water and energy only increases. The amazing table level of energy lasts all day. My fist meal is usually lunch. Since I started exercising in the morning and removed bread from my diet I need only 2 meals per day. Note: at 6:04 or 6:05 I believe you meant "for people who have diabetes it doesn't work very well......"

I got type one at 38 I lost about 20kg in a couple months before being diagnosed because I was stubborn and didn't want to admit anything was wrong. I turn 40 in a few months and just started a pump, they are a game changer.

What a great workout, but dang! I am out of shape, I am pretty sore. Anyway, I’m pre diabetic, 5.9. This is day 3 that I’ve done it. I want to be healthier and more active but I’m concerned about loosing weight. I’m 5’4 and weigh 112 pounds. Is this workout okay to continue with or should I go for long walks? Thank you

I'm prediabetic and I'm only 25 😢😢😢😢 this workout feels like climbing a mountain 🏔️ i gotta rest every 10 minutes !! But i won't give up !! I have a son to raise ❤❤❤ thank you so much for this video 🙏 you're saving a single mother's life over!!! I'm only 14 I was diagnosed when I was 13 and every since I keep worrying about my health or my lungs I try so hard not to eat so much food and sweets but it's so hard when I love sweets so I really hope this video work for my health

I stated w a reading of 153 after breakfast and Metforming . I took a reading when you said to: my glucose was elevated Ed by 6 pts😩 and o 159. I was hink it was the metforming? I had 1 parboil egg, 1/2 sliced muenster cheese, 1 el tavern ham,1 cup of cafe con leche. What I did wrong?

I heard that any glucose reading above 140 will result in organ damage. I have mine down into the lower 100s. It was in the 300s 5 months ago.
