So underrated
How the heck on earth...it looks like he has some magnetism towards the ball...it never seems to bounce away...😀👏👌👌
YES
Very nice drills. One modification could be, in the defensive slider + jumper, let the ball drop instead of being on the ground. That will provide feedback on speed (# of bounces), and the movement of flowing from catching to jumping is more natural.
ur like Kawhi :) anywas thanks for this it's really helpful
Good stuff! Any drills specifically for working on your weak hand.

practice lots of weak hand lay-ups, and i mean a LOT. left hand pound dribbles as hard as you can work too.
Do you have a recommendation on the amount of reps to take for each shot?
This stuff is amazing, keep good work mate 😁 tho i would like to ask you will there be maybe whole training course? For example week or 1 month training program, 4 weeks begginer and advanced mode. That would be even more awesome

Watching this and putting in the work - so I beat my boyfriend on the coming holidays
Wow wow
*cking genius! Thanks man!
As a young man I played ice hockey. I have 4 boys and basketball is their preferred sport. I cannot tell you how helpful these videos are. Thank you so very much.
Coach i have a problem with my shooting i always use my thumb on my guide hand. Is that okay to do ? If not how do i find it
@OneUpBasketball
2 жыл бұрын
If you flick your thumb with your guide hand and it impacts to flight of the ball, I would suggest breaking that habit. Practice close to the basket with one hand shooting -- bring your guide hand 1-2 inches away from the ball (right next to it just like you would normally) but not touching the ball. Take the shot and make sure you keep your guide hand still. This teaches your body how to shoot without flicking your thumb. Takes lots of reps to break the habit. Good luck!

Not all people have eyes behind their back
Nobody can become financially successful over night. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals.
