I would have given anything to be able to have access to videos like this when I played and grew up back in the 90s. Kids this is GOLD!

I was always a spot up shooter. Doing drills like this gave me the confidence to be a shot creator. Thanks coach !

These videos are very beneficial to the youth that are inspiring to become better athletes, wish this was around when I was growing up but all in all good job guys!

Wow! He was a guest for a summer camp I did when I was in junior high. I'm talking mid 90's. It was at Cal State Hayward. He did a 360 degree dunk for us, all the kids went crazy. Good to see he is still doing his thing!

Great drill. So much to work with off of just 4 moves. Off of a cross, you can shift your weight a go downhill immediately. Simple and so effective.
