practice lots of weak hand lay-ups, and i mean a LOT. left hand pound dribbles as hard as you can work too.

I stand corrected. It’s three of your videos! This one and the two you have on “ball handling and conditioning”, + Phil Handys indoor ball handling workout + a shooting drill from HoopStudy Basketball. With all the content you all have graciously provided, my daughter will be beastly.

These drills and one of your videos on dribbling, along with an indoor dribbling drill by Phil Handy and a shooting drill by another KZreadr is what I’m going to use to train my daughter. I’m going to do the routine with her as well. So she can see that a leader never asks if those they lead without doing it themselves. And I need to get into shape. Thank you.

You are an excellent trainer, and communicator. Eye contact, on-screen presence, and demeanor. I wish this was available in 1990's when I was a teen. Wish you all the best.

Agreed. This guy is brilliant. I wish I had access to a personal trainer, and videos like this when i was teen balling. The kids these days have NO EXCUSES for incompetence. They may not all become NBA players, but being incompetent and lacking skill sets is a sure sign of outright negligence, ignorance, laziness and complacency. When aged 8-28, people have so much more energy. It all changes after age 30...
