I’m definitely gonna do this, also i don’t know how I should structure my basketball training weeks, like when should I do shooting, finishing, and handled. And can you do one of these for 3 point shooting?

Vision Driven Basketball do a great video about dat you should watch it before structure your workouts 💪🏾
Off topic but I’m 5’10 and started grabbing rim 2 weeks ago. I’ve been jumping everyday and doing the “thing”. Definitely has helped, hopefully I can get a dunk writhing the near future

Start the video at 1:40 unless you enjoy long intros
.
This guy is using his hand movements wayyy to much while not actually saying a whole lot
What a waste of time, no way "Timmy" got better just doing these. This is content just for content sake. Y'all should go watch By Any Means Basketball TV, Chris Gatlin, or ILoveBasketball TV on this topic to actually improve because this sucks.
