Best 2 million dollar house I've ever seen and I've seen a lot. The space in the backyard with the amazingly creative pool was the cherry on top. This is my number one pick for my starter house in five months.

Yea but i think the pool and the backyard space the way it is are all upgrades and all the upgrade probably gonna cost 800k to 1 mil.

As a person who moved from CA to Las Vegas due to cost of living. If I could afford a 2.5 Million dollar home I'd be back in Cali. Who cares about the extra square footage when you have the weather and the lifestyle. I'm over the desert landscape, unfriendly people, terrible drivers, lack of good-paying jobs, and 110+ degree summers. But until I can move away, I'll be here. :)

Chuck, its about location, weather and the coast. The home is beautiful, very beautiful. I use to have a friend that lived two homes away from our ball field and we would sit on his balcony and watch the football games...it was fun. That home would be great for a family starting out with children.

@Afro Dynamite I wish I had your range bro. For me it's just MEDITERRANEAN. This includes Tuscanny, Spanish renaissance, Spanish colonial, Arabic andalusian, Moorish revival. I love the balconies, Roman semi circular arcades, columns, pillars. Don't like Victorian. I may be wrong, but I consider this house modern Mediterranean with a touch of contemporary. I actually love the design of this house from the door, kitchen wide staircase, the master, balcony. Why buy/build a $15million home when you can get this for $2.5m??

When I have tried to watch the other channel, I get motion sickness.

I always love the details in your videos, and I've learned a lot watching them and learning housing/building terminology. I also love that you always point out the faults you see, or the choice you would've made differently from the builders'. Seeing that I live in California, I’d buy a toll bro’s. in Las Vegas over Cali. I like the modern aesthetics of the LV versions over Cali. Plus, you can’t beat the amount of home you’d get for the price.

Other than the Casinos, Vegas is pretty boring to visit, much less live there lol. California has so much to do and so much to see...😍

I honestly love Toll Brother's designs and builds. They design these houses just like how I would! Also, their pricing of these properties are surprisingly cheap for the areas they're in! I mean obviously not cheap for the average consumer, but cheaper than a lot of nice homes I have seen. Great video!

I was surprised the Spanish colonial design didn’t follow through into the interior, which is more modern. Spanish touches such as chandeliers could have been upscale, but would provide more personality.

I am so glad they reached out to you. Also, if I could afford this I would move there quick. That is a beautiful home. I just love the see through pool. You are doing a great job and I will always recommend you to any other developers in Cali.

Hey Cakits-Toll Brothers is the best. But I agree with you. The Mesa Ridge ones in Summerlin is our taste. Modern is the best.

I can't tell which homes are the best, I guess it depends on the sales. All the homes you had video was great,actually you should do more homes in California. I heard California is one of the great place to live down in the states.

Cali is no joke. My uncle lived in Yorba Linda.... Chai!!!

Look at any Vegas home at 1/2 the price and you can see the huge differences in finishes and components. How is anyone saying this house is gorgeous? Cheap vanities, outlets, cans, tile floor, etc etc. Textured walls and rounded corners in a 2.5 mil house? TV's not built in but built out? Look at the cabinets and the design its all cheap builder grade stuff with a great designer staging when you move in you will see how cheap everything really is. Vegas is the way to go!!!

The weather alone is worth the million dollar difference . Plus you could go from surfing at the beach to a mountain cabin in the snow in less than an hour, that's worth a lot too!

That’s a beautiful house. You’re paying more but you’ll also get a 25 minute drive to the beach, 70° - 80° weather year around. You’ll also be living around people who can also afford to live in that community, in Vegas homes are cheap which means the people who live there don’t have to make as much money.. if that makes any sense
