Go to Montana if you want space. Home builders pack them in to get the most money out of a tract. Las Vegas Summerlin and Henderson are all owned by HH Corp that sells the land to these homebuilders. That’s how it works in Vegas. Henderson is a bit better but they still pack them in.

Chakita you started a terrible trend.......lol, I only used to see your videos, very rarely saw anyone else in the Las Vegas Valley doing video walk throughs now they can't even stay out of your videos and out of your way......the internet is over flowing with copycats. We appreciate your work and you are still the best.

Meh. Nothing screams 7mil to me here. Primary bedrooms (both) are relatively small for that price. Kitchen is small, but adequate. The finishes are spectacular, but other than that, I'd say this is a 3.5-4mil TOPS home. You replace all the high end finishes with less expensive but nice and you're looking at 1.5mil or so.

@@kenw4930 I would of said 2m. The houses in Windemere in Orlando Florida are a lot nicer where I live for that price. You pay for a home at 7.7m your getting it. This home it's just not worth it. I don't care if it's Vegas are not 😆

The only gorgeous beauty, on that property, was you! The house had no warmth to it. I got the sense, it was a commercial office building, instead of a cozy home. I certainly would not spend 7 plus millions for the property, but for those who would, to each is own. Thanks for sharing!

Nice tour but I think you missed a room from the beginning. It may have been the laundry room. You never miss anything when you're giving us these tour, this has to be the first. But other than that, great house great tour 👍. Very educational and informative.

I wouldn’t accept this home even as a donation. So many things not done right.. Where to start…. It has the feel of a bland commercial space.

When you calculate the amount of property taxes one has to pay for a house like this it’s becoming quickly discouraging to even try to own such a house.

Chakits I gave the video a like for you but that home is over priced, material are what's jacking up the price. You've shown homes from $1.2 Mill to $3 Mill that blow this home away and it does not appear to be a Smart Home. Love you "Chuk" but this home get's no love from me.
