The windows look frosted or very small anyway. The secret to dealing with this is do some nude sunbathing and they will take care of screening off the view for you 😂

Hi Chakits 👋🏽This is a very unique property. this home is definitely an entertainer’s dream. I love everything all the finishes the primary bedroom and bathroom is off the chain. The kitchen cabinetry is so beautiful. I love it. The only problem I have is that there’s a house looking right into my backyard so I know somebody can see me but overall gorgeous house.

Yes! This is a modern home done right! In the community in Southern Highlands, the house is tend to be a little bit more on the Spanish style, which I love. They made that house complement the area and it goes well with everything around it. It doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb despite it having a modern take. Tasteful!

I finally made the time to watch this video and I'm glad that I did, I love the neighborhood the home is situated in it has a lot of trees and it's quiet and peaceful and you can hear the birds singing which is nice.😋😋😋 the first Zonk that I have are the stairs to the front door I don't like that so it would have to be fixed somehow🤔🤔🤔 the entry way is so awesome and so are those pocket doors to the courtyard you can put some yard chairs out there and lounge around all day.😊😊😊😊 but the kitchen is great and so is the living room nice and open, and those pocket doors are big enough for the enterprise to fly through so that's extra cool.🙂🙂🙂🙂 The cabinets and the appliances are simply the best it's all about the Wolfpac🐺🐺🐺 and the backyard is okay but not something to write home about and the pool is only so so... as far as the rooms go they seem okay but the house needs some carpet here and there you know, why it wasn't included who knows? 😕😕😕😕 in terms of the master bath and bedroom yeah they are good but what is up with that silly urinal I mean come on man that thing has got to go this is not a public restroom LOL!!!😋😋😋😋 The garages are okay but all that stuff in there talk about a storage center LOL!!!😋😋😋and that tub ruined everything at the end so he has to go to... So would I live in this house yeah maybe after I've done a lot of changes for myself but overall it's a nice home and yes it's BBQ time again😎😎😎😎 and fun in the sun🌞🌞🌞🌞 and I like these long home tours Chuck because believe it or not they are relaxing to watch I know it sounds silly so sue me,😋😋😋 so please do more of them in these quiet neighborhoods if you can well anyway we'll catch you on the next one stayed blessed.😊😊😊😊

I can appreciate the architecture and the quality of the build without actually liking the house. The design would be much better in a fully enclosed yard rather than on a road-facing lot. The large windows look great from the inside but on the outside, the windows make the house look like a commercial building. The kitchen is my favorite thing about the house. Your tour was, as usual, outstanding. The house looks like it is worth what they are charging for it, and I am sure that there are customers who will like it enough to buy it, but it just isn't my cuppa.

For that price I wished it had a game room, theater room and a gym then it would’ve been the perfect house for me.

Those are some pretty small rooms and closets. I absolutely hate the showers where the doors don't close. The master bedroom is perfect except the closet. The center Court should have the fire feature on the ground and the water feature on that back wall. Lastly why would you have the heat vents near the ceiling? Heat rises.

@@chakits1 Yes. When we move to Vegas we want a view of the strip for that price. It is a beautiful home but It seems to much glass for the neighborhood….like a fishbowl. Love the homes you show with stop views….almost contacted you once for one you showed!

My question is, by the way beautiful home. Back to the question so pocket doors gorgeous, but when it rains and we do get heavy rains and it puddles in the middle of a section from all the rain that you can get, will it flood in your house because you do have pocket doors and there’s no threshold. Will that water come in your house and flood it that’s what my question is?

Very nice house. I never understood how these huge homes come with only 1 washer and dryer. It would take all day to wash an entire family worth of laundry. Even if you have someone else do it, it doesn't make sense.

I personally want more Privacy in my back yrd POOL area than this home has. ANY house approaching this price range should have certain this in the finished package like dual dishwashers, and like this dual/more than one oven, and like this a prep kitchen w/fridge, two toilets/bidets' and a urinal is nice in the main suit bath. NONE porous surfaces in all the Bathrooms, and with that much space for a laundry room it should have a stacked washer/dryer set up with a Dry Cleaning set up, Yea the privacy this is an issue for me with the neighbor. Agreed on the outdoor shower , and maybe a actual Grill and a Pizza over outside. That said over all this is a definite Property I mught look at with the proper lotto win 😊

Very nice home on the inside but not necessarily on the outside would have like to have seed some type of covering for day time entertainment but probably better suited for night time entertainment. The kitchen was perfect and the owners suite I loved but the Tub and Shower did not match the price point, I've seen Toll Brothers have to die for Bathrooms at half the price point and I should not have to pay out of pocket automatic shades/curtains or install a motor for the Pocket Doors and if you want those things installed it will change the look of the finish product and $500,000.00 or more out of pocket to Redo what the Builder should have done in the first place to ask $5.5 Million and its no longer brand new but Newly Remolded New home.

the fact that its a brand new home on a corner lot that has changed hands since 2002 is enticing but....because its a corner lot it took this long to build a home?.......the surrounding homes are comparable in price but are they "modern" or are they "old" price drop of 425,000 since first listing in march says that its priced too high needs to drop by at least another 500k that one non zero threshold bathroom is odd and i did notice a drop of white paint just in the corner of the door jamb as well not a good cleanup there yes it is nitpicking but thats what you are supposed to do lol

Hate that half bath is so close to the main bedroom within the home,... do you really want people having close access to your bedroom when you say the bathroom is down the hall before you get to my bedroom... bad location for it.. should have been more up at the front of the home close to the exit... that way you see they going in that half bath not your room area... THE rich that buys this will have to do steel doors and security cams before the room to keep a holes from gaining access to their room... LOL

Strange place. It’s like pseudo-high-end in some places, and really strange compromises in others. Like the refrigerator not being flush is just bizarre. Also, having that sink faucet off to the side, just shows they didn’t quite put enough effort and tear the design at the architect phase. I wouldn’t call it ultra rich but this is just entry-level luxury. I find it funny how shocked you are at the high quality components. Here in California even middle-class people get really high end floors and walls. 5.5 million is easy even on a house half the size out here. Plus, you can tell it’s not for ultra rich because there’s no quarters or space for staff, there’s no office for your house manager, there’s no catering kitchen. Finally, it’s very common to have an external door for your office as you don’t want people coming through your house. Pretty common on a luxury home. This particular house in my area would probably be going for somewhere around 11 to 18,000,000.

❤ The house is gorgeous. I think the lot depreciates the value in my mind. It needs a drive up lot with a beautiful front lawn and more of a private back yard for the 5M price point. I think this home is more of 2.5M with the small bedrooms and small baths and tiny closets in the secondary bedrooms.
