Kudos to you! Home is 24 years old but the architecture and living space is beautiful with pristine maintenance. Someone had really good taste so the updating would be minimal. 💯👍🏽

This is the best bank-owned property I've seen so far. Beautiful house and well-maintained.

This home is stunning. Doesn't seem dated despite when it was built. So light in side. For a bank owned property it is in fantastic shape.

This house has such good curb appeal and I love the Palm Trees.

I would upgrade every room and decorate with a theme to each room. Those cabinets would have to go and put in California closets. I would live here. It feels like home. Very beautiful home. Thanks for sharing, great job. God bless.

You can tell they came in and revamped this house. They did a beautiful job on it. That garage is well planned out for a true car garage because of the pop outs designs on the side. Very, very nicely done, except for the steps. They did not want to spend any money there.

Great house in fantastic condition. The exterior is lovely.

This house feels good because it is better designed than newer homes!!! Now that is what is called a master bedroom!!! I think that’s a sewing room!!! And a maid quarters upstairs!!! Pool is the best yet!!! And look, a social distancing set up in the family room!😂🤣

One of the best landscaping I've seen for a home. Just look at that front yard. Seriously!

Probably one of the best homes you've shown. Not much of a fan of modern, boxy, cold, homes that seem to be the trend in Vegas. Even with the dated counter tops and sinks, this home has character and functionality..... Do you know who the architect was and if the firm, with the designers of this home, are still kicking about? Just a wonderful layout.

Love this house. Love houses that have a homely feel. A lot modern designs don't have that homely feel, rather you feel like you're in a contemporary rented space.

I like more the other newer homes on your channel

I was having the same problems with my hands between the hand sanitizer and the soap. My wife used Hempz body lotion and had me start using it on my hands. It keeps them hydrated. I use it about 3 times a day. You can Hempz at Amazon or in Walmart. Love the home by the way. I can't believe it is 26 years old as good of condition as it is in.

Hands down best camera work in the game!

Very pleasantly surprised by this home...when I heard '96 I wasn't expecting much. All the bathrooms need re-done to have 36" vanities and newer sinks/better cabinetry, and I'm also not a fan of those giant square tubs in the upstairs bedrooms. That garage definitely needs some work too...but other than that, I can't really say I'd change a whole hell of a lot about this home other than making sure everything is up to date maintenance wise or just a bit of general TLC. Still not worth 2.5 mil though.
