Love the Design, the way it is customise...it has smaller backyard with the pool and sitting Area but it is still a nice place to relax. I'm glad I saw Another great homes done by Toll Brothers...All the other one's I've watch are all great, but definitely I think the very first house u done in this Tour is my Favorite so far. Thank for the showing Darren, Two homes in one Tour..More choices to choose from haha! I put my money on the first one for sure. Thank you for the Tour as Always!! ❤

im fascinated how the developers (Toll Brothers) plan and design their houses. Maximizing the lot/floor area as much as possible with no dead space

Well I like both properties. I'd be happy with either. I particularly liked the large balconies on the top floors.

Really amazing house Darren, it's really lovey with high ceilings an and amazing master bedroom, great value for $2, the only thing is they shouldn't have put in that small bath tub in the front lawn, it actually would look better without it

Love the first one

I'm 49 and grew up in Montebello. My Parents still live there since 1976. If you'd like some other very interesting selling points I'd be glad to help. I'm just interested in seeing Montebello grow and prosper. There are many selling points of this location.

Great floorl plans, but too expansive to keep it at the correct temperature 🌡 so much high ceilings when the aire has to keep packed to mantiene the correct temp.

Do more of theses

Pretty sweet. The top level suite is better than the master.

I heard it’s only bad in downtown. I’m thinking about moving to California and the crime and homelessness was bothering me too but after researching it’s not that bad

If it's 2M make decent size for everything in the house, that patio for 2M is too small. You can buy homes under 1M with large patio and about 1M price homes with more parking. What an inefficient use of real estate.

not really, it's a pretty nice place compared to the rest of east LA, and the location of this newly built community is the best in the area.
