Have you noticed there is static on your mic? It really obvious when you cut your mic audio on and off when you cut the video away after you talk. Love the video dude good job.

This property is worth more than the asking price! It offers so much! That pool is immaculate

I was pleasantly surprised by this house 😍

Darren, you did a wonderful job. The indoor-outdoor sports bar is another innovative Toll Brothers touch, and the expert use of "open" space beneath the staircase as a wine cellar is marvelous. And the master bedroom with its split living/sleeping area carries the tune of a perfect lullaby for the owners of this lovely mini estate to sing over and over and over.

One of the better homes iv seen on my fall down the rabbit hole of luxury home tours. The open floor plan of the first floor makes is on par with current trends, the indoor outdoor feel is very Californian and i love the light color pallet of the home with the exception of those dark vanities in an otherwise exceptional bathroom. Great video!

Nice house 😍 But I was researching and I read that a gas leak happened in this region. Maybe that's why this mansion is cheaper than houses in other places in Los Angeles.

Can you make it for me in Africa?

Love this house! The kitchen and pantry is great. I would just want light cabinetry throughout the house, not the dark ones, but that is preference. You get a lot of house for the price and it's so practical first of all. Like kitchen, pantry, laundry downstairs being connected and good access to mudroom and garage and an upstairs laundry as well plus good placement of bedrooms, spacious landing space you could turn into play room also. The backyard with the shallow "pool" is amazing and so is the courtyard bar placement and under the stairs wine cellar. The master bedroom is perfect with the bed behind the sitting area. Just missing a vanity in the bathroom and would like separate walk in closets haha (so picky when I'm dreaming) but overall it is amazing ❤️

This is so my mansion.. the entrance alone, is just awesome.. Didn't like the ceiling in the living room, that kinda looked cheap and the dark color of the kitchen and in the master bathroom.. .but overall, i would just love this mansion.. awesome place. Great video, Darren..

I've just did a Toll Brothers review in the Cascades neighborhood. They really have great homes without having to be a completely custom home. I need to check out the rest of this community! I'm more of a fan of modern design, but this house was really classy.

Toll Brothers better be giving out some great deals during this pandemic. In the last 3 months or so I've lost count on the number of real estate agents that have shown a Toll Brothers model home here on KZread. And that usually doesn't happen with cookie cutter homes no matter who the builder is. But they're very nice homes in a gated community. I just wish they were much larger for my personal taste.

Toll brothers are the number custom builders in the country for a reason. The communities they have out here in AZ are awesome man. Just expensive 😭

It's amazing that hanging chairs in the sports bar We could do sign language to each other. And the shower in the master we would like to have the wall phone clip when you put your phone over there just for love and emergency. It's amazing! Thanks bro

Sometimes I feel buying a house in USA is far more cheaper than Mumbai India.

For just 1.6M USD i feel as if this is a bargain in Carlifonia!

WAYY too small to be a mansion. Its a nice mcmansion but its SOO pricey tho. very pretty house in general though toll brothers builds really nice houses

It's really going to be hard to find anything bigger or with a better finish in this price range in the Los Angeles area

A+++ Homes, all Toll Bros homes are great. Reality, most of the home buyers in this HOA will never develop the landscape concept compared to this home. Shame the home is not equipped with the handicap /ADA and for seniors. This home is great for the very mobile, but what about the other chapters of life who are impaired.
