A noisy area of airplane?

House is very nice, but surrounding neighborhood is not as nice. You don’t want the most expensive house in a neighborhood.

Why would anyone build a home that *EXPENSIVE* in the middle of an average, medium income neighborhood?

your audio quality is really bad, there is so much exterior noise its distracting. i think it's mostly from the pool fountains going. most other professional audio and video guys would turn them off unless filming the pool area, and the music you have going is deemed useless because of all that noise going on, to many shots of filming your back with mic in shot, try walking backwards facing the camera, you look like your wearing sweet pants, maybe try dressing up a bit better, the camera quality is poor if you want to film high end real estate you need good equipment, all the best for your future videos

I find this home ugly. The landscaping and yard looks cheap and nasty out the back. The materiality choices for kitchen look dated to me and the “accents” in the house will date it sooooo quickly. Not smart
