This home is full of warm tones that make this an ACTUAL home, which I love. So many of these house tours are so empty with life and don't come off as livable.

Beautiful presentation on a lovely home! I would love to see similar homes but more secluded all the way around. I know that land is at a premium but I grew up with a 50 feet+ driveway and multi car parking plus side spacing from the neighbors. I do like having no neighbors behind me similar to this home. I know that’s a lot to ask for in Los Angeles without adding a few $$ to the price tag!😂

Great presentation on a beautiful house. Just a suggestion-you may want to invest in good comfortable shoes to give you a better posture.

Great tour! Gorgeous property! However, how do you sell these properties at this price point without an elevator? Practicality dictates our in-laws and logistics would warrant easy ingress and egress throughout the property with accommodations for "handicap able" individuals and infants. Not to mention 1/3 of the wealthiest people (who are your demographic) are over the age of 65 - and may have difficulty ambulating and traversing so many stairs. You may also need grab bars and accessible shelving to better accommodate our family members.🤔 All in all a very nice property. And a very informative and comprehensive tour.🙏🏽 P.S. The entire world is media-driven I don't see outlets high enough on the walls in the bedrooms and common areas; or outdoor areas, to accommodate flat screens or micro-LEDs. The developers have to realize when you're asking for this high price point, location and views are not enough of a selling point. You must outfit these properties to provide for not only modern amenities but also modern culture. Most people want the option to spend most of their time at home. Most people don't sit in seating areas to "converse on politics with other people in person"...they're all burying their eyes and ears in media devices and communicating electronically and virtually. 😎
Awesome Mansion👏🏽.. My issue is its in LA and my question, is this gated community? The amount of home invasion is ridiculous right now in that area

Unfortunately, the home featured in the video is not in a gated community. But, the property does have its own private gate along with a smart home security system, which adds an extra layer of safety. Let us know what types of homes you would like to see featured in our next videos. :)
Love the home overall but not a fan of the raised cooktop elements.
