Why though? I mean, some people are nasty, lazy, rude, self-entitled and indifferent to the suffering they cause to others. I think we all deserve "basics." Clean food, clothing, shelter and safety. Luxury is a bonus.

@@SerVahnt - I seriously doubt it. He died apparently some 2000 years ago and we've had several historic moments that should have been the "last days." Whoever is in the midst of a tribulation, for them it feels like the end. If they die, it was the end for them. I figure that stuff has been hyped to keep people believing in the Judeo-Christian brand of faith. I only WISH the Christ was coming to bring Edenic paradise. I'm afraid that will never happen. It's up to us to make the world better.

As an architect who also cooked professionally I am often baffled at the finish choices made by production builders especially at the backsplash in the kitchen. Hasn’t anybody had spaghetti sauce or grease bubble up onto it and then considered how nearly impossible it would be to clean tiny, rustic edge natural stone tile there?! I guess most people buying these homes just use the kitchens for staging and serving catered/prepared foods as opposed to actually cooking.

It’s in California a liberal state, so naturally it’s impossible to succeed there because of high taxes etc, move East and you can get a house like that for 800k the trick is and this is very important! Not to be in a democrat run state because they can’t run a gas station never mind a state

I have been to this house several times throughout the years and I love it everytime I go there to see it. I agree that everyone need to live this type of quality of life. I love this home very much.

When I'm ready or get rich (which ever one comes first) I definitely need you on the job. Your eye for catching discrepancies are on point. Your honest opinion is apeciated and refreshing. Your hired! Well, when get there😏

Love your videos Cha! Keep the dreams/vision board coming. The walkthrough you do and the honesty is how I am when I walk through a home. The no music thing sets you apart from the rest.

This is one of the best new builds I have seen in a while. The driveway and front landscaping is outstanding. Considering it is CA, it is a reasonable price. This hone would look great where I live in Miami Beach as well. Well done to the architects and the developers! Better style, than where I grew up, in the 1980's Black Hawk area.

Too many TVs in this house, love the balcony and the big kitchen. Being confined in this house with of course either your family or friends, will be great. Enough space to have moment to yourself and being able to move around, swim, chill or just have breakfast, lunch and dinner with your loved ones. Heaven!

Your right we should be living like this. That’s why one day when I get older I’m putting my family in these kinds of homes. This my Dream

3 millions? That price is for a basic empty house only and without views. View lot alone, you have yo pay about .5 ~.6 millions extra. After all the upgrades like this one, this model house will cost about 4.8millions.

Bro just watch it for the amazing design and architecture. 99% of us will never have the chance to live in a house like this, but I enjoy the design aspect of some of these homes

This is the best designed house I've ever seen. It's not too in your face. It's the perfect kind of luxurious. That pool area alone is amazing.

I love the kitchen and dining room plus the entire patio set up is so pretty😍

Kitchen is old style even bathrooms as well all I love that high ceilings and outside space

I feel like I deserve this and everyone else too, I used to work two jobs and take care of my two kids plus my husband worked and helped with the kids

Sadly, most Americans feel that way. We're over exposed to excesses through TV and now internet. I have a more modest idea about what we "deserve," but we shouldn't have to ever worry about food, clothing and safe, clean, warm shelter. Luxury at this level is a whole different ball game.

@@jogmas12 I"ll answer for him. First off the standing water in the rear "Office" area. Water shouldn't be pooling at the sliding door under the covering. Second, the cabinets they used in the outdoor cabana are wood, and shouldn't be used outdoors. Those are the 2 major issues in the house that we can see. Personally over 2M for this house seems expensive for 0 view, and basic tub/shower combo bathrooms throughout the house. Master bathroom should have had more glass, and a 2nd showerhead + rainfall for that price point. Just looks like a High-End builder grade thrown together "mansion"

The Toll house in California is a stunner!!!! The floor plan is awesome

Once you walk in the front door and you look up the chandeliers actually look like eyes love it

"This ...... "costus" a lot of money???? Oh, my God , Toll Brothers, is this the best you can do to represent your show case homes!

Looks like a million spent on tile, stonework, and millwork. Would love a design like this in Vegas.

This model home is already sold. Enclave is selling the models and final lots. This home is already going through improvements prior to the close of escrow. That's why there's drywall missing, etc.

Because it's Toll Bros. Google their quality and then Google Heron Homes quality. Toll bros models are beautiful but it's bait and switch marketing. Toll brother has scammed so many innocent home buyers and their contracts as so one sided. Makes me sick, I would never buy a toll brothers home. So many other reputable custom home builders out there. Toll brothers only way remaining to try and beat their rep is showing these beautiful models and promising the moon only to rip unsuspecting people out of their money. Sad

This house itself was underwhelming to me...I didn't really find anything impressive about it. I did like the dual staircase, however. What did impress me was the backyard and front landscaping. That backyard was absolutely beautiful!! Be blessed, Chuck!
