By far one of the most gorgeous Toll Brothers homes that I have see. Just wish it had more back yard, with 3 children we need more yard for them to play. Thank u🤗 for the view🥰🥰

Love the home, you really did a beautiful job of showing it!! The only knock I could give it is that it doesn't have your traditional bathroom in the hallway. Whenever you have people over they are going to have go thru someone's bedroom to use the bathroom

I love the backyard and so far I love the whole house the only thing I don’t like our dark cabinets I like a lot of gray tile my favorite house tour that I’ve seen so far is beauty influencer Laura Lee she has a very beautiful house

According to the original floor plans for this house, it appears the massive Master Closet with a view was originally a bedroom but they altered the plan to be a master closet. As well the kitchen island was originally 2 islands, but again altered for this house

Can anyone answer this question? I have seen many Toll Brothers homes on KZread and all of them seem to put the laundry room (washer and dryer) on the SECOND floor. Why? I don't care how wealthy you are, eventually any washing machine may spring a leak. On the second floor, that leaking water will run down through the ceiling causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. On the first floor or a basement there wouldn't be as much damage should a leak spring up.

Star Brand it may be because it’s where most of the bedrooms are so it’s more efficient to have it where you sleep instead of having to go downstairs

It's easier to clean clothes on the second floor where everyone room is. Also imagine hauling baskets of clothes from the basement all the way upstairs in a 3000+sqft home?.

You do know that you can put a pan underneath the washer... to protect the house... it is possible. Just like upstairs bathrooms are possible. 👍

Toll Brothers are the best

Toll brothers need to set up shop in Trinidad and Tobago (in the Caribbean) so I can build my true dream home.

Hi Danny, do you know if Toll Brothers can build this model here in Las Vegas? Toll Brothers is such an amazing home building company but a lot of my favorite models of theirs is usually outside of Las Vegas like this one in your videos and pretty much all of the Toll Brothers models you feature in CA.

Love the house what the price on it and what is the material it’s built on besides just simply wood?

When you show a house on you tube you need to take your time , you want to get buyers attention. The island should have strength out a little more longer. I would plant a herb garden like mint , small cherries tomatoes,ect. I would put hang drapes around the cabana . I think you broke door ha!love the masters.The master bath should sit in front of the window. nice home love it.
