I've been keeping my eye on the Toll Brothers. They really are changing the way we view the home design and I'm really excited for the future. I want my new home to be a Toll Brother home.

Bigger in Texas, yard with an outdoor kitchen, pool and still grass, 1.5 mil. We love Toll Brothers.

I love Irvine but the lack of privacy in these new homes is a big turn off for me. People all around you and the worst part is most of the neighbors are some of the most unwelcoming people. I think its very typical in irvine to live so closely surrounded by so many people yet after years of living there never even know their names. Bubbles inside bubbles.

This house is amazing!! I have been following Toll Brothers houses for a while and they very rarely disappoint lol. I have always loved looking at model homes ever since I was a kid. I love also the closets in the Master Bedroom, it made me feel like I was in a boutique lol. I have subscribed to your channel, I like your video style and delivery. Can't wait to see more!!!

You don’t have to move to California to enjoy a Toll Brother home. They are everywhere and where they aren’t you can have them build.

This property is insanely beautiful.Toll Brothers you just knock my socks off once again fabulous.

Instead of buying the house, I bought the stock when it crashed, I expected a return of 300% in a year or 2, then I'll buy the house.

Toll Brothers just.... keep leaving me speechless all the time. They are one of the best, in my non-professional opinion.

Thats an insane house. I wouldnt take the 3rd floor tho, extra cost for a space i wouldnt be using. I'd prefer spending the extra on a bigger back yard.

And even with the third floor i would want windows on that balcony similar to the house across from it and tinted as well, if i wanted it open i could slide them back manually when i wanted also i would prefer more space from other houses they're grouped together too close for me perhaps 10 to 20 feet apart would be better in case of fires and looking down in my yard and pool etc just more private aside from that and the tiny sitting pool this house is beautiful

I love this home except the third floor. I was expecting a fabulous 3rd floor but it fell flat. However, Toll Brothers are amazing designers. I absolutely love the kitchen and the closets

That master retreat was heaven on earth and the 3rd floor wow out of the park

This crib is 🔥🔥

Good camera work-steady and you didn’t move too fast. For a multimillion-dollar home, I don’t want my neighbors looking down into my pool area or across into my rooms. Glass doors on the master closet? No. I don’t think the insides of closets are attractive, so I don’t want my closet to look like a showcase.

This is a masterpiece! This home is more modern looking than we like but its beautiful. My husband and I will own a TollBrothers home.

The lot size is too small for a expensive home like this

Toll brothers got it going on. I haven't seen anything that I dislike. Their work is quality and you can see it.

Hi new here and yes, I agree with you about the house. That garden was unbelievable with the pool. The mastersuite had those two walk in closets. The master bathroom (oh my goodness). I like all of the house to be honest!!!! The Toll Brothers did justice to that property, Koodoos to them.

More males than females watch your channel, this female watches all the time, and I like what I see in this model.

This house is off the chain!!!!!! Love It! You almost forgot the best part!!

Fantastic house and I love SoCal in general. Loved the in-law section, the wine closet, the tile and stone work, the master bedroom, all the bathrooms, the decor. Here’s what would really rock even more - Upstairs family room space as it stands is a bit of a waste. If you’re watching TV the sound competes with downstairs TV. I would have liked to see it converted to a sound proofed adult office room and outer homework area for kids. Would have have liked a 2nd office room on the 3rd floor so both adults have separate home work spaces. Didn’t love the visible sink on the kitchen island. Once inhabited, those kinds of kitchens look messy especially when prepping and cooking for company. Barely any yard and that too no privacy with all the neighbors looking right into the yard. Would have preferred just grassy hammock space because that pool is super small.

I love the back yard and the master bedroom. I didn't care for the third floor.

The thing that I love the most is the variety of different textures and how they all tie together.That pool is also gorgeous.I could see myself and fam living it up in something like this!! On the opposite side I don't like that the balcony to the master is facing the front of house should be over the pool

Normally when the rooms are busy with different designs and furniture it's " overdone" but for some reason it works well with this home. I love the greenery . The Toll Brothers outdid themselves this time. You are right Danny it is Uniquely Amazing. I would not have to worry about entering someone else's home and see it duplicated. Certainly not the "Same Ole, Same Ole" That's definitely a Mega Plus. NO, i don't like it... I LOVE IT!

One day I will get my own Toll Brothers' home.

Nice, very nice, only one thing I would change, master bedroom should have the balcony in the front of the house overlooking the pool not the back .

Great home but not for that price. Other Toll Brother homes that do not cost that much have double dishwashers, grates in the kitchen sink and either a larger pantry or catering kitchen.

Not a fan of modern but love the detail in the house. The landscaping the back splash with matching light switch cover and the light package in the house.

Nice place indeed but would of liked the pool to be a tad bigger but overall its a stunner👌

Everything is good with toll brothers except their pools Pools are too small everytime.. They need to work on the size of their pools

I noticed that the pool in this house is not like a pool at all its more like you get in and just sit get wet and be happy lol!!, swim? Where??there's Nowhere to swim to, just get in get well splash around cool off and get out weeeeeee that was fun😳 lol!!!

I love the house that's for the idea i don't need interior designer 😂

I’d purchase the land next door to avoid a building blocking the light and view.

I agree with purchasing the lot to the side... I would leave the backyard as all patio w/ some water features, seating etc and the empty lot for a pool, basketball court and an extra garage.

yes that's what i like to see dark but not black cabinets and white counters and countertops

What a house. Love it. It should have an elevator though since it has 3 floors. Also, I wish these homes would have real "swimming" pools, not just large backyard water features. I always enjoy your enthusiasm!

You did a GR8 job on the showing as usual Danny........but where's the pantry & why did they put that horrible cinderblock as a fence around the house & the wine area is wasted space as far as I'm concerned but overall, it was pretty good!!!!😊

Ariel in Irvine is in its final sale. I wanted to see these models, but never got to, darn. Esp. this three floor model. What did it feel like to be in it? The three floor foyer is sublime. 3.6 million for this model. That's a good value knowing its design, location, etc.

Feels good to be inside - has a lot in common with the 2-stories at Mesa Ridge in Summerlin

So gorgeous; gorgeousness throughout the house and outside the house backyard and deck/porch connections; But, if I had the money and were interested in buying a house, I would want the option to pick and choose the furniture to decorate my own colors and style to setup furniture in house, although the attached 🎥show of the gorgeous house is decorated beautifully that some people would love to buy as is would be understood;😊 BUT; I would want to pick and choose the furniture and decorations for housing of my choice if were looking to buy. Love love 😍 that kitchen area too although it's truly gorgeous 👀 looking throughout the house 🎥 showing; some people would be happy to have come decorated with furniture or not.😉

A great home, a great presentation. Thank you. This home is millions of $. This is one of the most expensive areas to live in California. Those houses are packed like sardines in a small area. The house is great inside. Outside is another story. It is terrible. You pay millions for a property and you do not have enough space on the backyard to build a real pool. It's a joke. The space is so limited around the house, you do not have a sunshine on the back of the house. With four million dollars I would find much better place to live than this one.

Can you show a bit more of the outside elevation, other than that , the house is Stunning in would buy it as is if it had the money
