This house design is a 4 out of 10 compared to MANY other houses, although, the details are very nice!

Blue Heron has such a high level of attention to detail with every community I have seen from them over the years, you can always tell just from photos alone usually if a place was built by them!

No one better to show this home with your love of quality builds. They were wise to let you tour this amazing home, Chakits. No a fan of modern, I am completely blown away. Yes, I'd love to live here!

This house is just stunning! Woukd love to see what it looks like at night. To actually appreciate all of the LED lighting. If I'm spending 5 to 6 mil, this is exactly how I would spec it. Favorite house so far!

That home is absolutely gorgeous!

Absolutely amazing. A convertible home with infinity pools, priceless views and an outdoor shower.

This house is lit! I love the architecture, floor layout and spectacular views of the valley. It doesn't get better than that. I would need a fence around those edges. Just imagine being drunk and falling to your death. The details of this home just blows my mind.

Oh you're right! He does, LOL! I've always thought that dining rooms are a waste of space. I wish they wouldn't divide the house up to to create a dining room. It feels weird to me to eat in a dining room. And that's also why my current home has no separate dining room.

The attention to detail in this $6M house is better than many $20M+ mansions in LA/Beverly Hills...

I absolutely love Blue heron & Toll brothers. The architecture alone is amazing but then you add the intricate attention to details makes these homes out of this world beautiful!!!

If you're a gold digger married to a very rich old blind man, this is the perfect house you should convince him to buy.

A thousand things to absolutely love about this house and a thousand-and-one ways to fall to your death. Safety railings must be an add-on package :-)

Been watching your property tours for awhile now, and this one might just be the most jaw dropping house so far. Unbelievable, but this builder makes Toll Brothers look cheap.

The outdoors walk ways need railings or concrete mini walls to line the outter edges so something or someone doesn't fall off to their death. You said it perfectly, its dangerous and i don't think railings or mini concrete walls will take away from the design.

Not to worry about how long the video's are...there is so much to see....I am saying wow many times too 👍👍👍

The home is amazing. Only things I see wrong are 1) the rocks and the spacing between the flooring. It’s a tripping hazard. 2) the very small closet for the downstairs master bedroom 3) the bathroom that had the two door access to it. 4) something to block people from seeing you in your backyard swimming. Everything else is just about perfect.

Personally, one of my biggest pet peeves in home design is those metal circular stair cases. I hate, hate, hate them in a home. They remind me of fire house stairwells. LOL

Incredible spot and a fantastic video! Great job! I agree with the comments...I am stunned the entrance with no railing adheres to building code...but the asthetics of no railing are appealing.

The master bedroom is to die for, Blue Heron!

This stunning house on the one hand, from the outside is inscribed in the external environment, and the internal spaces are superbly adjusted and finely tuned to the smallest needs of life and work of a modern person in these internal spaces ... and everything is done in such a way that the eye and the body are constantly happy this great infrastructure ....

Gorgeous house, inside and out. It's nuts how detailed everything is. I was thinking man, it would be such a pain to clean that house but if you could afford to live there, you're definitely paying for someone else to clean it 😂. Would really like to see how the place looks like at night with all those LEDs.

This is definitely a buy!!!!! Haven’t watched you in some months just because I thought the content was dry. But with this one you may be back. Def would consider this property !!!
