At 22:03-22:25, this is so true. Some women will shame and embarrass you. You have to have self-discipline, self-control, and a strong prayer life. You have to be courageous, and take a firm stance for God. God is able to keep you when you can't keep yourself!

Praise God it's been 4 years after my guy friend passed away doing covic i pray and you have to stay focused and steadfast people are so different some people not all don't have good intentions for you. Men are different in these falling times so we have to wait on God to raise up a man or a woman for you. When your feeling frisky STARVING that feeling takes it away. Take a long walk, go to the gym, do chores around your house while listening to your favorite praise and worship music 🎶.go wash your car. The more you get use to starving sexual feelings the less you'll have sexual feelings. I am a divorced woman for 21 years. I stopped dating about 5 years ago and have been celibate for 12 years. It has been very good for my mental well-being, my emotional well-being. I'd rather stay single and celibate than to be involved with the WRONG man. Prayers 🙏🏽

Some people don't want prayer, though. They want you to tell them it's ok to sin. They will get offended if you even offer to pray for them, so I don't anymore. I had to learn to be careful who I pray for. Come to think of it, I never had friends who actually wanted someone to pray for them or to pray for me. I need those kinds of friends. The friends I had will talk about church and show up to save face, but they don't actually care, and it showed in the friendship too. I prayed for them, but I believe they were praying against me or secretly hoping the worst for me.

You can also feel their energy, too!

Thank you for your transparency. I’m a year in and lust was such a struggle at the beginning of my walk. I’ve cut out tv and music. I pray everyday and fast often so it’s been pretty easy since it’s been alleviated due to those things but the gag is I do not date and like you said that does make things a lot easier. I think I’m just too early in my walk to risk it plus I just pray that God sends me somebody further along his spiritual walk than me so I don’t have to worry about foolishness because we’ll both be on the same page.

Don't worry sis you'll make it in Jesus name!! Our bodies have hormonal changes and that also causes us to feel turned on and frisky sometimes. However, putting ourselves intentionally in a position to be tempted should be avoided. When you really want to be kept Jesus will keep you. If you fall into masterbation just get back up and try again. You're not done or a failure in life or to God because you fall sometimes.
