10 years ago my ex-husband (German) manipulated two of our three children against me and threw me out on the street, one of my three children stayed with me, she served as motivation for me, I studied a career as a nursing assistant (in German ), today I feel fulfilled, I miss my two children, the pain of rejection does not go away, life goes on, but I have the satisfaction that my daughter who stayed with me is already finishing her university degree and I managed to move forward in my life without More help than my own effort considering that I live in Germany and it was like being born again.

These toxic people don't cross our path by chance; through them, we learn to set personal boundaries, to say "No," to value ourselves, and to become wiser and stronger. Recently, I went through such a lesson, I learned a lot, and I removed those people from my life. Even a friend with whom I had been close for 35 years turned out to be a vampire not only of time but also of energy; she burdened me with her problems and went to sleep peacefully, while I ended up with a migraine. I removed her from my life, and not just her, but also other acquaintances, whiners, pessimists, etc. These people drag us down, but we want to rise, don't we?

Cursing, asking for unreasonable overtime, not letting employees go out for lunch, having to eat at the company to serve him like a child, being greedy for money... He threatened us if Reporting the incident to superiors will cause harm to us. It suggests strategies like recognizing toxic behavior, setting clear boundaries, and using the "gray rock method" to remain emotionally detached. Cognitive reframing and surrounding oneself with supportive, virtuous individuals are also recommended. Prioritizing self-care and understanding that others' negativity often reflects their issues, not yours, is crucial. Ultimately, the stoic approach advocates for inner peace through emotional regulation, resilience, and compassion, without getting entangled in others' negativity.
