The fact the psyCOPath demonstrates knowledge of a first Amendment audit and still chooses to violate the person's rights is proof of intent to commit that crime under 18 USC 242. If 2 or more psyCOPaths do that, it is conspiracy under 241 of the same code.

Yet cops will do EXACTLY the same thing to people all the time, I've personally had this done to me. It is on their part an attempt to escalate the situation, because unlike an unarmed untrained citizen, a cop coming up on foot quickly is an ABSOLUTE threat to your mortal being.

it's my understanding that if you are in an area that is part of a crime SCENE, when it's not just camera tape, in order to preserve the evidence in that area that potentially has been tampered with (it's not admissible as is), a detective needs to talk to you about what you saw, touched and did. and i wish auditors would start dropping some random caliber spent brass before the camera tape gets put up.

i lived in Volusia county for 20+ years starting in the mid 1980's when Florida was a good place to live.....bu the mid 1990's it had turned into a real shithole and it all started when they gave the lifeguards badges and guns and re-directed the whole beach side traffic and started charging RESIDENTS to go on the beach.....and then it was off to the races. Port Orange pigs were always assholes and....all the rest went along with them....and by 2003 Flowiduha was....well...all done, IMO......sad but all too true

I am not an american, I dont live in the US but if you like it or not the US constitution is the best for human rights and is an example of how other countries are trying to get close to it and are hold responsible if they try something really shady,stupid. In our country we dont have a free speech,free assembly and cant use dirty words to adress cops,state employees. We need permit for anything. Its very sad most cops in america dont know basic laws and rights which are unique,best in the world and are paid to protect. My dream was to come to US but since every factory is in china,big cities insane living expenses, cops killing random people,biden, blm,lghdtv and insane female expectations, l will wait.
