I almost moved to oro vally ( Tuscon ) glad I stayed put. However it is everywhere now. Even here in good ol' polite 🇨🇦.

The cop said " don't be smart with me ". That says it all , they don't want you to be educated on your rights , or laws , so they can easily violate your rights , or unlawfully arrest you.

EVERYTHING is based on RAS. That's why they have to circumvent RAS by using plate scanners etc.
