FAIR USE**
Copyright Disclaimer under section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education and research.
Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing.
Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
FAIR USE DEFINITION:
(Source: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_use)
Fair use is a doctrine in the United States copyright law that allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the rights holders, such as for commentary, criticism, news reporting, research, teaching or scholarship. It provides for the legal, non-licensed citation or incorporation of copyrighted material in another author’s work under a four-factor balancing test. The term “fair use” originated in the United States. A similar principle, fair dealing, exists in some other common law jurisdictions. Civil law jurisdictions have other limitations and exceptions to copyright.
U.S. COPYRIGHT OFFICE- FAIR USE DEFINITION
(Source: www.copyright.gov/fls/fl102.html)
One of the rights accorded to the owner of copyright is the right to reproduce or to authorize others to reproduce the work in copies or phonorecords. This right is subject to certain limitations found in sections 107 through 118 of the copyright law (title 17, U.S. Code). One of the more important limitations is the doctrine of “fair use”. The doctrine of fair use has developed through a substantial number of court decisions over the years and has been codified in section 107 of the copyright law.
Section 107 contains a list of the various purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered fair, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.

Nice to have company paid insurance if you're lucky you might not have to pay for "treatment " . Then , the Dmv will decide how much time you will have to be on a " car breathalyzer ". It could be up to 6 years, "depending on your record ". You will not be able to legally drive any motorized vehicle, unless it has a breathalyzer. You will not be able to ride your motorcycle , 4 wheeler, golf cart, even a medical 3 wheeler. Hope you got money as it can cost over $150 a month.

Another example of the huge problem caused by the go along to get along crowd. They have bowed to the self-appointed authority of these people to the point they just expect it. Its a blow to their ego anytime someone questions it or stands on their rights. They dont know or care about the law because they have never had to. This crowd is ruining this country.

1st clip shows an assault by a scumbag officer, his sergeant shows to take a complaint but you can see could care less and will do nothing. Then the 2nd clip shows how public employees immediately become rude, lie, harass and try to bully him when he is in a public building, the Chief shows up and begrudgingly has to tell the workers that he has the right and right in front of him one of our "Attorneys" shows how much he doesn't understand the law by stating he can't do what he is legally allowed to.. that attorney should be fired immediately for incompetence.

Amazing auditor! Don’t take crap from these tyrants. Change the ones that assaulted you, otherwise they investigate themselves and find no wrong doing. After they assaulted you once, it wouldn’t have happened again without defending myself. It’s time for accountability and remember what they always say “ignorance of the law is no excuse”. It’s time for the loss of qualified immunity and charges/jail time for those public servants that dishonour their oath.
