They also had thee AUDACITY to package 25 sample sizes of perfume to sell as a Black Friday special! Not the cute miniature sized bottles, the mini, plastic spritzers on cardboard you get for free if you just ask. Called it their “Macy’s Favorites”, put pictures of the actual bottles on the packaging and sold them for $15 on Black Friday. They need to stop!

Someone has probably already said it but Imma say it anyway, the coupons actually add NEGATIVE value to the advent calendar because you are SPENDING 30$ to use the last item in the calendar that you ALREADY PAID FOR. Get a good SanDisk pro card. They are very reliable. Also don’t delete video files on your computer. It’s better to delete on your camera or format the card. Hope it helps!

The fact that you replaced the missing items and refilmed you “opening” them as opposed to just skipping it or giving a list is why you’re such a great content creator!! Always love watching your videos, sass and all 💕

I support having more than 25 calenders. I would watch these year round! I'm sorry you keep loosing your footage 😭 You have the best attitude about it.

Maybe next year you should make a "Lovely Wonderful" advent calendar that just has the worst sort of stuff in it, hairbands & stickers and free sample packets, and sell it as an in-joke to all your fans. I know I'd buy it!

I love her videos and I would look like primitive Cro magnum if I even attempted to try and figure out how to do a full face of makeup, lol. Haven’t worn any since college, 20+ years ago.

Fun fact: Dots pretzels are from my home state and my dad's hometown of Devils Lake North Dakota. Started in a woman's kitchen, the company just sold to Pepsi for $1.2 billion! And yes, they ARE incredible!

Macy is never okay. She needs an intervention.

The only kind of coupon that should be in advent calendars is free product ones (travel/mini acceptable) of things like foundation where the colour really mattets.

I feel like there used to be a sephora perfume one where you got like 12 mini bottles and a "coupon" for a full size of your choice of one of the 12 , maybe im hallucinating but i swear i got it when i was a young teen. That was worth it cause it would be like 100 bucks but you get the full size plus all the pretty mini bottles

I love this. So far QVC is beating the pack, despite Elemis and Macy’s bringing their A game to be the very best of dumpster fire disappointment. As someone who has worked at a Macy's warehouse I can tell you that the beauty boxes are just filled with free samples that Macy's couldn't get rid of when they were free so they charge you for it instead. Congrats you got ripped off 🎉👏🎉👏🎉

@@Rina-qu9mc only if it exceeds a certain amount and only if she wants the task of itemizing all of her taxes. And I dont think you recover the full cost as a business cost, it might be a percentage. And I think the youtube channel has to be an incorporated or LLC type business to even write off business expenses. Not a tax expert and can be wrong though.

The nail concealer is basically a sheer polish to color correct staining or let you have a no polish polish look.

I found your channel last year during your advent calendar unboxing season and subbed then, despite not wearing makeup and having no interest in wearing makeup. Your personality is infectious and always makes me smile. Especially when it comes to dumpster fire calendars like the Macy's ones, or the QVC and elf ones. Someone tell them you can't keep putting free samples, single sheet masks and coupons into their calendars because people will get wise and stop buying the things. Eventually.

I literally just got the Armani My Way perfume sample in my gratis bag that I get from working at Ulta. Yep, definitely free and definitely shouldn’t be put in an Advent Calendar. But I love that perfume, it’s one of my favorites. Thanks for doing these calendars, I love getting finished work and coming home to see you’ve posted and just binge watching these.

A lot of red and yellow based polishes will stain you nails and make them look yellowed. Nail concealer polish has a slight blue tint to it that will counter act that so it doesn't show through lighter colored or thin polish.

The whole putting the stuff back into the calendar because the footage was deleted is hilarious to be honest. I laughed so hard at how it looked at presentation 😂😂😂 Exactly why I love and follow you! 🎄🌨️ Happy holidays to to and yours!

Watching you open these calendars is so much more fun then opening one myself! I’m sure I’m not the only one that is thrilled there are still so many still to open!

I don’t understand where they get the total price of these calendars from. When I see $200 + value I don’t except a bunch of deluxe sample/sample size items. I wouldn’t walk into a store grab all these tiny items and walk out paying $200+. No Macy’s stop with the coupons as an actual day also if you’re going to put a coupon in a box make it $10 off any order not $10 off $40 order.
