Hi so I am cosmetic chemist! You are 100% correct that products need a ingredient listing. It’s not legal for commercial sale. Probably what happened is the manufacturers didn’t put a bottom label by accident and QA/QC didn’t catch it. That label probably had the shade name and the listing. Also, could have the PAO and the COO which is something needed on the artwork whether it be primary or secondary.

Agree, but Alot of drug store makeup, the ingredient list is hanging or laying somewhere on the wall. But not listed on most products

The star girl gloss thing is almost the exact packaging of about face lipsticks and liquid eyeshadows lol. Also I’m pretty sure you can’t legally sell things for retail in the US without ingredients listed?? I know regulations on cosmetics are very outdated but I think having your ingredients listed is like..the most important thing to do 😅

I just googled it. It is not legal to sell cosmetics in the USA if there is no ingredient list Purple would look BEAUTIFUL on you. I'm sure most of us would LOVE to see a purple eye one day

There's website you can use that tells you by your code how old your makeup is. I cancelled after 3 out of 5 things in my boxy had long been expired

You could definitely use that Teami bottle for infusing your water with fruit. The strainer keeps the seeds and fruit from actually interfering with your mouth while you drink lol.

Weird, that's definitely an old Boxycharm Luxe! Those were from their September 2020 box. All of the March 2023 Luxe boxes contained a Pat McGrath eye palette (two shade options).

Yep, that's basically what I just said, but I couldn't remember when the box was. I would love to see her reaction to the actual last luxe box tho. I scrolled and saw ur comment and knew I wasn't tripping then lol.

As someone with the most sensitive eyes, Elmis is one of the only cleansing balms I can use for make up removal without crying or being bloodshot. Also the wash cloth has lasted longer than expected

So I've spent hours upon hours crying today. It should have been my sister's birthday, so I've been thinking about that whole situation. I can always count on lovely Alexandria to cheer me up and put a smile on my face and in my heart ❤️

Love these random openings, you never know what is coming or when it was from but they're always fun to watch. I'm glad you waited on P. Louise as that definitely needs it's own video. If I was a regular makeup user, I'd love to try their products as they look beautiful and the packaging is usually in fun designs. As I'm not, I'll just enjoy them through your videos, lol.

I agree, there have been couple of times Alex has had a purple look from the makingna full face look from box openings, and she looked stunning. It's so sad that jealous idiots saying stupid things can damage your view of yourself for life. I think she needs to reclaim purple.

Seeing all your boxes makes me wish I could organize them like a real life game of Tetris.

Those Elemis resurfacing pads are really, really nice they are double sided one side is a little rougher than the other but they are both pretty gentle I love them.

I have that Ace palette (I love purple) and it's AMAZING. Seriously their shadow formula is unmatched! The pigment is so intense and blendable.

I was uncertain about melatonin in skincare as well, but after some research found that it doesn't have the same effect on your skin as it does when you take it orally/as a supplement. In skincare, melatonin is a major skin protectant (think damage repair, blocking free radicals, etc.) which makes it perfect for nighttime routines bc then our skin can get the same rest & recharge as our body does while we sleep! I recently got Beekman 1802's Midnight Milk overnight mask which has melatonin in it & I've been loving it- so if you use that Milk stick & like it, I would def recommend checking out the Beekman product as well 👍

Alexandria: RE Tea... Black tea (like Earl Grey) goes bitter if left too long - GREEN TEA do not. So you can have green tea in jug in your fridge for days if you want to.

The only way to eliminate a fear is to face it. That purple is just waiting to be conquered. Be brave. Also, it's 100% illegal in the US to ship a cosmetic product without its INCI. It has to be either on the product, on the box, in the package, or at the point of sale, accessible and very clearly stated. (There's even rules on what font size you can use. "Invisible" is not one of those sizes.). Hope the company remedied this before they got the FDA's boot in their blushbox. :D

That tea cup actually sounds perfect! I like my tea strong and haven't found over-steeping to be a very big deal (except with green tea) so it seems right up my alley. Well, as long as it isn't the one overpriced item they threw in the box to bump up the value...😅
