This manga was an experience, I needed a palette cleanser once I finished it so I re-read Happy Sugar Life

Damn, I watched this video and then binged the whole manga in like an hour and a half. Holy shit, that was insane. My two favorite genres are yuri and psychological horror, so that was for sure an experience. 10/10. Would recommend giving yourself a mental breakdown over this manga.

The emotional rollercoaster I went on reading Kitanai Kimi ga Ichiban Kawaii was honestly unparalleled. I deadass cried at the ending. How did I a vomit fetish manga make me feel so many emotions💀

Yanderes are everywhere around the world. You wouldn't expect such an innocent and wholesome girl to be acting like this. But people go crazy whenever they want someone or constantly obsess over something they couldn't get.

This is in the webtoon variety, but Love Thy Neighbor is another psychological GL that goes hard and is an absolute trainwreck with two absolute disasters

I was thinking the exact same thing, although I think Love Thy Neighbour is a lot tamer (in aspect to y'know 'stuff') but it does have the same undertone of "questionable physcological behaviour" or "socially and morally unacceptable" or "forbidden love". Though I haven't ever read the manga, after the video, I think my opinion would stand the same. I don't know how to correctly phrase it this is what I think lmao

I paused a third of the way through, now I'm on chapter 18 and back to finish. damn near no person has a healthy relationship in this manga. It makes me feel scummy like I've never before. I am fucking obsessed. Thank you

I remember when I came across this manga, I had the expectation of it being a story about two girls - a sadist and a masochist falling in love before either splitting up or ending up together happily ever after. But boy, I was very wrong with my assumption. This story was mind-breaking to read - it was heavily messed up and depressing. It was so messed up that I as a reader began to question my morality and my sanity as I continued to read it. I questioned if I was secretly a horrible person who enjoyed such things that the other characters (the ones who are horrible) did to another. Reading the story made me fear things such as what would one character do to another after this happened and etcetera. The story was wonderfully planned, everything happened for a reason and everything made sense. But it was just really too dark even for readers who were used to such things in stories. I had to stop from time to time just to read it and even though I felt compelled to drop the whole story out of my reading list, I continued to read it solely because of my own curiosity as to what would happen next with the characters. It's a story that makes you ponder and ponder. Whenever I was reading it, my head hurt but that didn't stop me to wonder and wonder things about the story. The relationship between the main characters is so unhealthy and toxic. It wasn't that bad (understatement) at first but when they got caught, it went from 0 to 100 real fast. I did not expect the other character in the relationship at all to become such a horrible unhinged person. I had hope for the other character in the relationship to at least be good somehow but that was always crushed by something in the story happening. I haven't fully finished reading the story yet but In conclusion, this manga can deceive you and overload your brain - read it with caution and be prepared for a rollercoaster.

This was the best shit I've read in my life. Character development, good side characters, even somehow made me tear up at the end (I usually never cry at this kind of stuff). Definitely would recommend for insane people.

I remember reading it when the translation haven't finish yet and I never finish it. This manga probably be better to read in a binge and finish in one sitting rather than little by little since the longer you read it the more you question yourself why you read this in the first place.

This one is actually my favorite manga straight up The latter part especially truly resonated with me, the entire runaway arc, sadly it was too short but also really beautiful Don't over-focus on the kinks there, there really is something beneath the shocking facade I should definitely reread it soon

I genuinely love this series!! There's like some weird gross stuff in the first couple chapters but if you power through that it's so good.

Kitakawa! I read this long ago and loved it. It made me feel such strong negative feelings, which makes it good at what it tries to be. Made me realize a good ending doesn't always have to be a good ending.

Oh my god, I never thought I'd see a review of this manga. It's absolutely glorious. You start out reading thinking it's going to be another haha funni shock value manga, or just f*tish material. And then the plot just.. holds you in a chokehold outside a window.

I saw this cover and it made me very curious and reading it was so weird. The shift between cute and insane is done in a way where it keeps me questioning okay can't go further than this right? Right? Overall 7/10, fun and weird.

I didn't think I'd ever see someone make a video about this manga. It is the craziest thing I have read. It gets real sad in the end though, the girl gets depressed and doesn't leave home for a long period of time and in the time the other girl starts abusing her back. They also run off and die together in the end.

I truly never leave comments anymore, but I can honestly say that this was the most psychological experience I have experienced ever reading or watching any series, 10/10 Would recc to anyone seeking a different rendition of what bullying and acceptance means to individuals.

I found it online and read it immediately after watching this. It didn't gross me out as bad as the comments would suggest it should have, so I don't know what that says about me 😬. The ending left me wanting a bit more to the story, and I found that there were a couple of additional side stories written be the author. Still wish there had been more. Honestly, I hope it gets an anime adaptation, but i doubt it will.
