I really believe what you said spoke to me in a way I could never forget. I haven’t talked to my girlfriend in a week and a day. I believe we may be done, but I was so amazing to her. At all times. She meant a lot to me. I stepped in ways I thought I wouldn’t have imagined for her. Planned things for us to do together, trips, and so on. I was beyond a good boyfriend.

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZread channel 3 months ago about self development. Now I have 213 subs and almost > 90 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

@samanthakruse9344 I just don't think they come back. I think they close that chapter of their life and move on, maybe thinking of you fondly but no intention of getting back.

Yes I've joined a new group, i can please myself, been on holiday, made new friends. Absolutely loving my job, doing fun things, meeting friends for lunches. Has a Eurovision party! Really trying hard not to think of him as much now. When I do i say, " whats my next thought" or "pull my energy back". This is starting to work. The downside is I hear voices due to past CPTSD and acute stress. I hear his voice like today he said ' I miss you". Then a bit later another voice said ' I am so sorry'. I had to try hold back the tears. Like im typing this and ive just heard his voice say " trust me". Im not sure how to deal with this. The rest i so get it and i am making sure I live my best life! 👌

Why would I want someone that cheated on me and narcissistically abused me the entirety of the relationship? She can go have her bigger better deal with the person she cheated on me with. I'm over it. I gave her a good relationship and she took it for granted. I'm finding someone with integrity.
