Chinese don't do that. There is no precise amount of condiment and spices when we cook unfortunately. Everything is approximate, no accurate measurement which is not good. You don't see measurement cups in Chinese kitchen.

改一改？處理好的肉丸，用冷水下鍋，慢慢加熱，直至肉丸浸熟止，使肉丸會更嫩滑!
