They had LORE CHECKERS ... that is the greatest joke of them all. Did they drug them? You could take a random polish person off the street and they would still tell you that this plot is NOT THE WITCHER.

They did everything to minimize the Witcher and try to make it their own thing featuring The Witch, maybe. This was before The Witcher was even established as a TV character. Talk about burning money.

This show resembles The Witcher as much as a child's drawing of a treadmill resembles fitness.

It's hilarious that Lenny Henry is involved in the destruction of two proud franchises.

about the trial of the grasses thing, one could argue that the reason it's so different in the future is because the way they did it here is super unstable and ends horribly, while the future version is refined and produces a stable witcher.

Ok look there are alot of things to criticize about this shitshow but monarch or political leader making public appearances to show the public they are not afraid of assassination attempts is very much a real thing. A britiah monarch had 8 attempts on her life and still went to show bravado criticize real world leaders doing it not the show imitating it. The rest of show is garbage tho so still plenty to make fun of
