A White Negroni Daiquiri with Suze and a Caribbean rum kick is my way to go if someone forces me to order a Negroni :D Love it, Cara!!
Wow this mashup sounds so delicious Cara! Thanks so much! I think a lot of people are going to want to try this right away! Cheers!! 🙂
This drink is so good, dropped everything and made it as soon as I saw the vid and did not disappoint!
Wow! Had two tonight. Gone into my top 5 favourite cocktails! Everything combines together so well.
I need to try this one! Thanks for sharing
Hi again Cara, I made this today. Exactly with your spec ingredients but precisely doubled volume over ice in a double old fashioned glass. So refreshing! A really delightful drink. I have so rarely used both my Suze and Lillet Blanc I was thrilled to have them both in this. Well done for posting what seems a rather obscure cocktail. Nick from York
Another great use for the Suze!!! Can’t wait to try.

There’s even more coming 😉
This is phenomenal. I can't tell if it's the lemon juice or the rum (or both) that balances the Suze so well, but the entire combination is superb.
Unrelated to this drink, BUT, I'm in Cancun once again, and thought of you, my favorite boozy Scottish lass! Have a great week, Ms Devine
I guess I need to get some Suze for my bar cart. Sound right up my alley. Love the color.
This is a fun one! Will try this
Hi Cara, this looks so good I will make it tomorrow. Nick from York
You’re making me thirsty! Cara!!! Thanks Kitten 🐈⬛
Sounds awesome, Cara! I love doing a Negroni Sour, which sounds very similar to this one but with a more classic Negroni profile. Cheers! (PS: There's a small typo in your video title you may want to fix. Got the word "the" twice.)

It may not NEED a fancy glass because it speaks for itself. By why not have a conversation anyway!?!

No real sub for Suze, only a few recipes use it, I have had my bottle since July 2020. Nick from York

If you can find Luxardo Bitter Bianco that might be an option. Otherwise there are other French gentian liqueurs like Salers and Avèze but those are almost certainly harder to find than Suze.

Yeah unfortunately it’s not the easiest to substitute! But you could always just leave the Suze out, up the rum and add an extra healthy dose of bitters (preferably orange) and I reckon that would be pretty good too!

Could you swap the Suze with Campari to make it more like a negroni?
@andrecadete852

White negroni substitutes Campari for Suze and Sweet vermouth for Lillet, this is why it is "white"

The Daiqueroni?
OK, so how is this related to or a mash from a Negroni? I’m sure it tastes great but not related to a negroni

it's a mashup of a white negroni not a regular negroni

Yah, a White Negroni is a twist on a Negroni! Video here if you haven’t seen it 😊: kzread.info/dash/bejne/rJ-m0cmHYa3Mgdo.html
Honestly, I think the name is a misnomer here. There's no gin, no sweet red vermouth, no Campari, so not a single negroni component. Still a very tasty drink though.

@@BehindtheBar I've seen all of your videos, of course. :) Thanks for the reply. So it keeps the Suze from the white negroni, which at least has gin and a different vermouth. I think I will remain sceptical to the naming though. Perhaps it's a philosophical question, how far removed from a negroni can a drink be, and still be called a negroni.
A WHAT Daiquiri? Did you guys see what she called me? 😭😂 It's 2022, Cara! NOT OKAY! 🤣😂
