Dialysis has been around for more than half a century! Why have we not found something better after all this time?? There should be plenty of financial incentives to come up with something better. Is it really that hard of a problem, or are government red tapes slowing everything down?

money, if you fix a problem or make it cheaper the rich people wont get any richer so they stop the progress so the few can stay rich.
